I have mixed thoughts on our experience with the dealership during the purchase of a pre-owned vehicle. The sales person was helpful, but seemed to be very limited by the rules of the management and Auto Nation policies. The dealership was reluctant to allow us to take a used car we were interested in purchasing to have a pre-purchase inspection by a third party, but rather provided us with a print out of the items that they had performed on the car. After continued pressure the next day they did finally allow me to do a pre purchase inspection. One of the things that was observed during the inspection was that the oil was very dirty and in need of changing although a full synthetic oil change was shown as completed by the dealership just days earlier. I saw for myself how dirty and old the oil and oil filter was, so it definitely had not been serviced at the dealership as they had promised. It made me question the thoroughness of the preparation process at the dealership and less likely to ever use them for servicing The Finance team was very good to work with however and were not pushy about warranties and other add-ons, making the paperwork fairly easy and efficient.

Great service.
Great service. The consultant Ven kept me updated all through completing needed repairs. As we are a one car family, we really appreciated the loaner car provided while waiting. We’ll be back.

Good dealership but lot of pushing for upsales
Good dealership but lot of pushing for upsales specifically by serving department. I usually go here for annual serving but every single time advisers push for more recommendations to get done which actually need to be done in distant future. If they being little more honest and let customer decide what's actually needed.

Just an okay experience
On September 27, 2023, we purchased a 2012 Honda Odyssey from Audi Plano. We experienced pleasant customer service during the buying process. It seemed Audio Plano and Auto Nation were going to ensure the vehicle we purchased was sold to us in the best condition possible. The vehicle’s battery and brake light were replaced as well as the car was detailed to perfection prior to our pickup. As we drove the Odyssey off the lot the following Saturday, we were not disappointed in our purchase. In fact, we were encouraged that our assessment of Audio Plano and Auto Nation not selling us a subpar vehicle seemed to be accurate. Unfortunately, our good impressions were short lived. After driving the vehicle off the lot on September 30, 2023, we soon experienced trouble with the vehicle. Five days after picking up the vehicle, the “check charge system” in the van appeared. We contacted our sales rep, who said we could bring the vehicle back in or take it to any Honda dealership to have the problem assessed. The light went off but reappeared four days later. We contacted our sales rep again to which she gave the same response. Upon having the Odyssey inspected, we were told the alternator and timing belts would need to be replaced. This was going to be an expense of over $700 on a vehicle we had been told a little over a week prior had passed all inspections and had no issues. It seems odd that a truly thorough inspection of the vehicle would not have revealed any sort of indication that these issues would be on the horizon. Additionally, when we made these issues known to Audi Plano nothing was done to validate us as valued customers or cause us to want to do business with this dealership again. We were left feeling as though the dealership’s job was complete when they sold us the car and now the vehicle was our hassle to worry with. Because Audi Plano and Auto Nation are two reputable companies, we incorrectly assumed they would have done an in-depth inspection of their vehicles as well as maintained a level of unmatched customer services during and after the car buying process. From our experience neither was fully true. What started as a pleasant experience with Audi Plano and Auto Nation turned sour after we left the dealership, and we hope that others who have done business with these companies have not been left feeling the same way.

Audi Plano always does a great job servicing my vehicles. From the minute I drive into the garage I feel taken care of! Someone is always there to greet me with a smile and to make sure I am checked in for my service. Maintenance is done in a timely manner and the tech sends a video to show exactly what was done to my vehicle and to point out anything that will be needed on my next visit. My consultant Adrian is amazing! He is extremely helpful and always makes sure my appointment goes smoothly! Audi Plano is the best service department in the business!!
