We bought a new Audi A5. Our salesman Yomi and sales manager Riley had to find the car out of state since my wife new exactly what she wanted and it didn't... exist locally. The not only made the deal we wanted but was able to secure the car and have it transported in minimal time. They did an exceptional job and the customer service was the best we've ever seen and we've bought a lot of new cars over the years. Also, service was outstanding. I showed up late (7pm)...Audi of Plano closed as of 8pm.....no problem, they (Tracy) was happy to accommodate. Very pleasant experience. Would (will)... buy again from them.

Very bad dealership. Not happy with them at all. I bought a car from them, the car had some damage in the hood and bumper. It was showing nothing in the... CarFax report which was really strange. Business usually run on trust, my biggest mistake was trusting them. They made me test drive a different car claiming that my car would have the exact same feature, which it did not. They made me wait for a month to get the car(told me it would take a week to fix it), made me sign the contract for the car before the car was fixed and also said that my 5 car trial period would start after my car was fixed and I get my car. Since my car didn't have the feature it was promised, I went back to return the car and they said that my 5 day trial period started the day I signed the contract. They are not giving me my down payment money and keep stalling me. Even Up to today, its been more than 3 week that I have asked for refund, they keep stalling me saying they can do nothing. This dealership is shady. I suggest you not to go there. This was the first car I was buying with hard earned money, they just made it a really bad experience for me.

I bought a pre-owned car from Audi Plano with Tracy Crawford. I went in knowing what I wanted and Tracy was able to work with me to get the numbers where... I wanted them to be. After the purchase, I realized I had only received one key fob. When I returned to deliver the title to my trade-in, I asked about the second fob. They told me the car was traded in with only one set of keys, but that they would reach out to the previous owner and ask for the second set. I didn't expect anything to come from this, but just a few days later Tracy called me and said they have my second fob. Like my title says... Great service during and after the sale. What more can you ask for?

The custom service for an Audi dealership was disappointing. I had an appointment set to sign and drive...car was not ready, they rushed on the cleaning,... had to wait for finance guy to sign cash deal! I felt I had to stay on the salesperson for appointments and setting a service appointment. My prior car was a Volvo and the customer experience was exquisite.
