I had a unique situation, in that I was shopping for a specific vehicle (<100k miles, 2007 year model, Tundra Long Bed (i.e. eight foot bed), and <$20K) and live on the east coast (NC). Once I saw West Coast's internet add for their 2007 Tundra, 5.7L, Long Bed, I fell in love with it. Mark worked expeditiously to make the transaction work and provided immediate feed back to all of my questions. At my request, once I felt fairly certain that I would purchase the vehicle, Mark agreed to have it delivered to the local Toyota dealership to have a pre-purchase inspection performed and address any issues disclosed. Mark even had one of his staff members (Alonzo) pick me up at the Airport. Once I arrived at the dealership, Mark had all of the documents in order and had me on my way in short order. The level of service and the manner in which I was treated, was exceptional. I was promised on the front end, that I would not be disappointed with the vehicle and I was anything but disappointed !! I might also mention, that I was driving the vehicle cross country (one of my bucket list items), from San Diego back to NC. Much to my surprise, Mark checked in on me during my journey home to ensure that there were no issues with the vehicle and that all was well with me. I have purchased a number of vehicles during my lifetime, but I have to say, this was indeed a "AAA Rated Buying Experience".

After looking at 10 + dealerships and test driven 43 cars, I had given up.. Then one last car popped up online... I went to West Coast Auto Finance and today I bought a car!!! Sean and Mark were straight up honest, no games, No pressure.. Really !! They both went out of their way in customer service And trust me.. I never thought in a million years I'd LIKE a car salesman! These Guys ROCK!! Ill recommend them to anybody in need of a car- save yourself a big headache And go there first!!!'

I worked with Mark to purchase a 2010 IS250. Description very good and he was a nice guy to work with. He cut to the chase without trying to sale other things. The transaction was easy and I would do business with this dealership again.

Very pleased with my purchase at west coast auto finance..I had applied for a loan at another dealer but decided to shop around..I'm glad I did..Mark was able to get me a lower APR..so I was very pleased with that...now I'm very happy with my scion xb...would definitely recommend anyone to check this dealer out... What a great choice we made when stopping by West Coast Auto Finance! It was our first time buying from a " Non-Big named dealership" and we were a little weary, and didn't know what to expect. It was extremely easy for us to decide to purchase a truck from here when we viewed the lot and saw nothing but high end, well maintained vehicles. Our dealer was very knowledgable and easy to work with. Very patient, too, since we had our two year old with us, and everyone knows how much patience a two year old has. The whole process took a couple of hours only because our dealer wouldn't give up on finding the best lender for our loan. All in all I don't have one negative thing to say about them.
