Don't recommend

Ok. I gave this dealership a 5 star review immediately after purchasing my truck but since then I have changed my view. About a month ago I was locked out of my truck in Houston. July. I called my insurance for roadside assistance. I called Ford first who told me I don't have roadside assistance even though the truck is still under warranty with less than 25K miles and 2016. I have absolutely no idea why this is the case. I called my sales representative because the card which should have been in my owners manual with the dealer code to set my door code is not there. I was informed that they do not know the code and I need to go to a Ford dealership. The "Ford Dealership" wants $125 to tell me the code. I called my sales rep again who said they won't pay the fee for me ( even though the card should be in all new or pre owned vehicles ) The sales rep told me that if I drive my truck all the way to Huntsville that I can get it done for $55!!! And no! They won't pay for it. So.....I have to go all the way to Huntsville, pay $55 after already purchasing the truck so I can get the "secret code". What a bunch of bull. Also, I know another who purchased a truck also from this truck/camper dealership and he had no card code either. It's a xxxx shame that I didn't ask prior to purchasing my truck. But, everyone else I've dealt with, and I've purchased 5 trucks, had the card in the glove box. Who would have thought it? Also, what car or truck dealer won't spend $125 to keep from inconveniencing a new customer. New but not repeat that is for sure

Great Service

Lee at Crossway was awesome. The entire buying process was so smooth. No hassle. No long waits getting things approved. He was straight up. If you're looking for a car or truck, call him. You'll be glad you did. I can't stand buying trucks. This guy was awesome. I'll go back when I am looking for another vehicle.

Worth the drive

Overall outstanding and an absolute blessing

I just transferred to my new store when my truck broke down and without a vehicle I would have lost my job. In two days Lee at Crossway had me in 2015 car that I could easily afford n even took my broken down truck in on trade. I left Crossway crying from feeling so blessed, happy, and thankful to Lee for helping me keep my job and career that I've sacrificed so much for in the past year. My car is like new, I couldn't have been happier they even impressed my father who was a car salesman for 15yrs.

LEONEL WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND CURTEOUS. WE TALKED ABOUT THE SALE PRIOR TO THE ACTUAL PURCHASE DUE TO MY CONCERNS THAT HE HELP ME OVERCOME. THE PROCCESS WAS EASY AND PAINLESS MINUS ADDING A NEW BILL.

Amazing service

Mamma finally got her hemi!!

By far the best car buying experience I've ever had!! Lee was very friendly but straight to the point and honest through the whole process. He did all the paperwork while I worked and had everything ready to sign when I arrived for pick up. I got exactly what I wanted at a great price without all the hassle. I will see them from now on for future purchases and recommend anyone, they make car buying easy:) not the normal hassle or waste of time you get at a big dealership and they will work with you as much as possible to meet your wants and needs when making a purchase. Thank you Lee for your fast and friendly service!!
