I was completely lied to. I bought a fiat close to year ago. I was told the transmission and clutch were new. 3 months after my purchase not only had a “new tire” blow out and the clutch! I took it to be repaired and was told there was absolutely no way that was a new clutch or transmission!! I was lied to. I purchased on good will. DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR CAR HERE! I will also be contacting the BBB!!!

What a smooth experience. The engine had blown out in my car and I was trying to decide if I should repair or get a new car. I contacted Granite Peaks because I had heard about such positive service. Within a few hours I knew I had made the right decision to purchase a perfect- for-me, fabulous new car. Mike Carter found the perfect car for me. He was thorough in the prepatation of the transaction. I pulled in the next day and my paperwork and new car were ready to go. So smooth! And that's important at a time that could be so stressful.

Mike Carter was the easiest salesperson I have ever dealt with. He was straightforward and helpful without being pushy. I got the car I wanted and the price was reasonable. Great experience.

I bought the Honda Element. I could not see where to leave a review so I thought I would leave a comment. I had a very rough day of car shopping, about 10 hours and had had very little help and no car found. I needed to go home with a car that day, and had almost given up. We were on our way home when we noticed your lot, one last chance I turned in. Your rep, I think it was Mike?? Was very nice, ushered me inside out of the heat and helped me find a car that fit my needs, which were specific. He thought I should drive this little SUV, which I did, knowing when I got into it, it was a fit. I bought it and picked it up the next day. My experience was nothing extraordinary, but after a very long hot day of no assistance, little cares and rude salesmen leaving me out in the sun, it was very nice to have someone treat me like a paying customer who needed some courtesy. Thanks I am really enjoying the car, including the taunts and jokes, but I love it it is great and my grand kid think it?s a OK

Mike is a pleasure to deal with. Friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help answer all of my questions. I have not bought a vehicle yet, but when I am ready when I get my tax return I will be seeing Mike for sure!!!!!

I just wanted to thank Mike for all the help he gave me on making the whole buying a car experience not so painful at all. I'm a single mom and really appreciated that Mike listened to me, Wasn't pushy at all and helped get a good dependable car for my son and I in my price range.
