Very friendly and easy to work with. Negotiated price to a reasonable level for the age and mileage of the vehicle. Identified a noise during the test drive and provided me a six month warranty on the issue.

My wife had bought a car here so I thought I would give it a shot. I am glad I did ! Doug was very easy to work with and expelled the used car salesman persona. He had a Jeep Liberty there that I wanted. He did not hard sell me but told me all I needed to know in a friendly manner. Also he found a small leak in the radiator while it was being inspected and promptly fix it. Used cars are always a crap shoot but I feel this dealer at least gives you good start when you buy one. I would go back here again

Working with Doug was definitely an easy going process. we had to bring the car back for an issue that was fixed prior to the sale, but Doug was cooperative and responded quickly to any of my calls. He also did not use a lot of heavy car lingo that can be confusing to understand. I would recommend Doug if you are looking for a used car at an affordable price that is reliable.
