The entire staff is GREAT, from the day we went looking for a used car (2 years ago in August) up to now, we have felt welcomed and all of our questions and concerns had been answered. The day we went to look at the vehicle we had to borrow a friends truck to go up to the auto center because our car wasn't running very well, Joe followed my husband home and followed him back up to make sure he didn't get stranded if the car broke down. They are the only people we trust with servicing our vehicle and highly recommend them, in fact our grandson will be turning 16 this August and we hope he purchases his first car from here. My family and I have great praises for Joe and all of his staff at Walt's Auto Center! We bought 3 cars from him over the past 5 years and have loved all the cars and their great service. What ever we need, Joe is helpful and always accommodating. I always feel like I'm not just a customer but one of the family. His mother was there when I picked up my last car and she was so friendly and personable. When I need an inspection or regular maintenance their friendly mechanics are always there to get me in right away and provide top notch service. We will never go anywhere else but to Walt's Auto Center!! Great job!!! My family and I love you and your family!!!

This was a great car buying experience from the get-go. Joe was so helpful and pleasant to work with. I never felt pressured but only like I was being led in the right direction for what my needs were. I highly recommend buying a car at Walt's Auto. I purchased my 2007 Mazda 3 from Walt's. I love the car!! Joe is great, even after my warranty was up he went out of his way many times to fix anything that went wrong with it!! I am never inconvenienced during the repairs either :) He loans me a car so I can go about my day no questions asked. It's usually something small and they charge me next to nothing to fix it. Cars do have to be maintained and I recently had to put brakes all around and rotors on the front, the bill was very low compared to what other garages would have charged!! I will definitely buy another car from them when it's time to trade up!! This dealer is my go to for everything I need done to my car. They are more than fair to me and honesty is a policy there in my opinion!! Top notch ?

My family and I have been coming to Walt's for our cars and repairs since 1996. I bought my son his first car back then and since have purchased a car for my daughter and 2 cars for me. The buying process is always great. Joe traded in my son's car when he was ready to upgrade to a newer model. We take all our cars their for service and inspection and they are always friendly and very prompt with servicing our cars. Joe finds us just what we are looking for and in our price range. I tell all my friends and family to go to Walt's Auto. Thank you all, you are the best.

I found a car online so I called and they didn't have that car but had another similar one, so my husband and I went to see it. The salesman was a lot of help from the very beginning. The car was just as described and we took it on a test drive. It drove great and was very clean and looked like well taken car of. There was just one thing, we told them the air conditioner wasn't working right. Not a problem, they put it right in the service department and fixed it on the spot. We were very happy about the prompt service and the friendly people in the office building. We decided to buu the car and are very glad we did. They made car buying a great process and we recommend to others to go to Walt's for there car too!

I looked all over the Lehigh Valley and should have gone to Walt's Auto Center first. I had been searching for months for a car but couldn't find any in my price range that had decent miles. I was told by other dealers that my dream car didn't exist. Until I found Walt's Auto Center. It was the best car buying experience I ever had. They had the perfect car for me. Highly recommend to everyone and they are friendly and personable. Great service and great cars!

What a surprise!! My wife and I recently visited and purchased a vehicle from Walts. The facility and the professionalism of all the staff was excellent. After a test drive, we asked to have car lifted to see underside since most of the vehicles in our area for sale have been rust buckets. NO PROBLEM!!, the car looked excellent! The price we paid was very agreeable. Today I took the car to my mechanic for a checkover, which is not my normal way of doing business. The only item he could find was perhaps a fuel filter change the next time we do maintenance. It's too bad that we had to go 50 miles and pay a couple of tolls on the turnpike to find a good quality used car, but I and my wife will definitely be repeat customers, and would recommend going here.

We needed a good reliable car to fit our budget and we found just what we needed at Walt's. The staff is friendly and helped us stick to our price range with a great, reliable car. We especially liked that the sales people are not pushy and they are truthful. This family owned dealership is #1 in our book and we will go back and tell family and friends to go too. They were great after the sale too with their reliable customer service department.
