Richard Tillman is the sale consultant that we dealt

Richard Tillman is the sale consultant that we dealt with, and he is courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and not pushy. He answered our questions, shared his knowledge about the vehicle, the company and the brand. He made the process enjoyable and took the time to explain. He also has a great sense of humor, and his zeal for customer service is evident. I recommend asking for Richard when you visit Modern Hyundai.

My sales rep, Bruno, did a fantastic job!

My sales rep, Bruno, did a fantastic job! He was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and made the entire process very enjoyable. He allowed me to take a "long" test drive, both in "town" and on the highway so I could get a true experience of how the GV80 handled in normal conditions. Amber also did a wonderful job of explaining all the technology (and there's a lot!) and I appreciate the offer to answer any questions I may have after driving the car some more. Having employees as personable, knowledgeable and kind as Bruno and Amber, are the reason I gave Modern Hyundai 5 stars. I also appreciated that the sales manager, Joe, did not try strong arm tactics with me and willingly negotiated final price. Great job Bruno, Amber and Joe!!

The personnel were helpful and courteous.

The personnel were helpful and courteous. Chad was my service writer, and although he said he had just started at the position, he was very knowledgeable and kept me informed of what additional services were recommended with being pushy. The entire experience was excellent.

The GM Tony Edmisten was so professional & friendly!

The GM Tony Edmisten was so professional & friendly! He led us to his sales team of Dmitri & Hamza & James from finance. The deal was smooth, and they catered to us the way we expected to be dealt with as Genesis customers. We now have our 3rd Genesis, a 2025 GV 80 Coupé all thanks to them! Modern Hyundai of Concord got the job done!

Tyler provided great customer service.

Tyler provided great customer service. He was knolwedgeabout about the vehicles and the different models. He took time to answer my questions. I felt that he provided truthful answers and was very engaging with his communication. I appreciated all the staff that I interacted with as they were very professional. I also did not wait hours and hours. I was in and out and appreciated the fact that they valued my time.
