I bought a Nisan work van.

I bought a Nisan work van. I had it for less than 60 days. It cost me $2000 in exhaust work. My girlfriend called and they declined doing anything. Even though the had the van state inspected. I feel manipulated by them and I am afraid of the future with this van. I would go somewhere else and not even consider buying a vehicle here.

Do not shop there

I brought a 2010 Ford f150 on the lot it looked pristine after a month after buying it rust started coming out all over that's when I realized they covered up the rust and the rocker panels were hacked.they screwed me with there lies and shady dealings. Please don't make the mistake I did

Amazing Staff

Our car was ready for the graveyard..We went to Autoland and the staff was amazing and Jeremy made the process so easy ..He was honest and very helpful..He made the process so easy and affordable Thank you Celeste and Nick

Great experience

I normally lease but i decided to buy used. I purchased a vw tdi they explained the warranty thru vw and what vw did for the fix. I went to 2 vw dealers and they did not know anything i was surprised autoland did

Thank you autoland

My car would not pass inspection. I needed a newer vehicle but did not have a big budget. They did not have anything in my price range. Jeremy took my number and said he would call me if he had something. 2 weks later he called with a behicle that came in trade. I bought it the same day. Thank you again

Couldn't be happier

Derrick was extremely polite and helpful with our purchase. He was so patient while we looked around for the right car for our growing family, even sitting with our dog while we went for a test drive. I would recommend Autoland to anyone looking for a great used vehicle at a reasonable price. Ask for Derrick and you will not be disappointed!!!

Be afraid, be very afraid

As of now it’s a work in progress but thus far I have had issues with my vehicle since the MOMENT I left the lot. Started with wheel vibrations on the highway (leaving the lot) and ended with a belt snapping, with my kids in the car, less than a week after my purchase. Since then I’ve spent a significant amount of additional money paying for the car to be towed to their dealership for services do additional money for a rental car so I can get to work. Through this all the dealership seems to say is “that’s the risks of buying a new car”. i hope it gets better..

Transmission went 40 days after they sold me car

I don't normally post bad reviews but my experience was horrible. I purchased a 2014 Minivan from them only 40 days ago and the transmission already went. It will be over $2,000 to fix. Do not let their friendly demeanor upfront fool you. They are very friendly and nice before you buy the car. I was told they take care of customers and not be worried if anything goes wrong they would take care of us. Then after the transmission went within only 40 days of buying they told me it was my fault I didn't buy an extended warranty with them and there was nothing they were going to do to help. I was also told by the sales person that they went through the whole care and everything was checked and replaced. I gave them multiple chances to remedy this situation and they told me they wouldn't help me and rushed me off the phone multiple times. Their attitude changes once you buy the car and they got their money. Be very wary. I should have listened to all the bad reviews.

NICE SALESMAN AND PLENTY OF TRUCKS

I was referred to Autoland from actually another dealer. I was looking for a truck and they had no only 1 truck for sale. I went on Autoland's website and they had several trucks. I was looking for a Ford but ending up with a Sharp Dodge Ram. The color was what impressed me it was the nicest blue I have seen on a truck. The Salesman was polite and not pushy. Overall a good experience and I would recommend the dealer

Happy with the purchase

Great selection of SUVs in my price range. I took several vehicles to my mechanic and I was told to buy this one from my mechanic, so I did and am very pleased
