Very poor customer service l would not recommend b

I would not recommend buying a car above 2000 dollars for them especially not a import. 25000 car would not start and salesman would not let us test drive it and kept trying to sell us something else

Great service got me approved

All other dealers turned me away . I am a physician and only had time to purchase a vehicle after a 36 hour shift . All other dealers turned me away or would not give me the time of day. I guess working for 36 hours I wasn't looking my best. They accomafated me and I walked out with a new car for my sister birthday Thank you auto select .

Pay for your own Test-Drive gas...

I contacted the dealer for a specific vehicle, and the salesman replied claiming that he had "great news". I set an appointment to meet with him 3 days later. When I showed up at the appointment, he was not there, the only person there was a secretary that was elbow deep in a bag of Doritos. When I asked about the car, she said that they had sold it "a few weeks ago, but never bothered to take it down". Great. They showed me another similar car, but it needed a booster pack to start! Then, when they offered me a test drive, I asked how far it would go with the gas light on, to which they replied "I don't know. Do you wanna put gas in it?" I left as quickly as I could and never looked back.

I found Mona and all the sales personel very helpful and informative.Let me take and keep a test drive overnight and wanted to make sure that I wanted to go from an SUV back to regular auto.I will do business again with them.
