Crooks

They are liars and they are crooks. Do not do business with this dealership. You’re better off paying a little extra and going to a franchise dealership. You know what they say, you get what you pay for.

Go elsewhere

We got there a s was ready to make a deal happen. Another salesperson came to the desk we were sitting at and too the keys to try and sell to another customer. Ones he saw how mad i was getting, he put the keys back. Car needed brakes and they fixed that. But it also had a bad headlamp. I was told it was being ordered and they will replace it. Two month later and the headlight is completely broke. No one would return my calls or help in the situation Had to replace it out pocket for over $900. Which was cheaper than the $1400 that was quoted to me from the Lexus Dealer. Please stay away from small shady car lots such as this one. Deal with major dealerships and avoid the headache. These guys are not honest

Excellent Service

I purchased a 2011 Audi Q5 on 9/8/2020 and the process was easy. There were a few minor repairs that needed to be done and it was handled immediately by Billy the technician. Our customer service representative Kalib was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and kept me updated with the status of the vehicle the entire time. The sales Manager Joseph went beyond helping and guiding me with making sure everything I needed repaired; which was minor, and completed in a timely manner. The entire experience was easy and they are exceptional when it comes to customer service. I would recommend anyone to shop with them if you are looking for a great quality vehicle at a reasonable rate. I would definitely purchase from Used Import Auto again. Kalib, Joseph and Billy you guys are awesome!!! I traveled over 2 hours to buy this vehicle and was not disappointed. 5 stars from me.

Shady Auto Dealer

Bad service and the sale reps seem like they lost. Purchase a vehicle and never received it because they kept lying stating it was being fix. From a business owner as myself I would never treat my customers like how you guys treated me. Then you try to throw one of your sales reps under the bus. I will make it my business to see that you guys get shutdown. Shady business. Stay away from these crooks and I will let some of my friends know how you guys do in the business world. I got strong business network.

They let me drive an hour to get there to look at a 2012 4Runner for $15.5k. It had a loud engine tick and maintenance light was on. Salesperson would not come out to speak to me in the office, we made eye contact through a back office window. Finally pawned the keys he gave me for a test drive, to an mma fighter wanna be salesman, who was “surprised” when I told him about the problems. Then the salesman had the audacity to call me 45 minutes later on my 2 hr drive home in traffic.

Horrible

This is by far the worst Auto Dealer they charged me 1500 for a warranty and when my engine went out they lied to the BBB and said no coolant and BBB sides with them. I recommend nobody going here they are crooks and they lie when you try to get issues resolved if any lawyer is reading this I would love for you to contact me.

Follow your gut!!!

I bought QX 56 2013 within 15 miles service engine light came on. When I called and spoke with Jay and told him the diagnostic said the catalytic converter needed to be checked..he said that was not his problem.I told him I wasn't going to argue but I am going to contact the BBB. I had a gut feeling when I read the reviews but Don the sales person made me feel better but there is only so much he could do. If you are reading this DO NOT SHOP ONLINE HERE AND GET THIRD PARTY INSPECTION!

Good car, shady business tactics

While the car they sold me was great and still works well 2 years later, they charged me a dealer fee (which is supposed to be illegal in Georgia if it's not included in the advertised price) and seem to have also overcharged me $269 in sales tax and state fees. (The bill of sale shows one tax amount, but the registration I got from the state showed a lower tax amount.) I filed a complaint with the Georgia Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and last month (about 2 years after I bought the car), I got a check from the dealer refunding the dealer fee, but with little other explanation. I haven't heard anything about the discrepancy in taxes/state fees. In summary, the car was good (at least for me), but their business tactics are shady or even illegal. Their website seems to show they've stopped charging a dealer fee, but I still wouldn't feel too comfortable going back to them.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! SCAM ARTISTS!

If I coukd give this company negative stars, I would. They will lie to you and scam you and arent worth your time. BUYER BEWARE! We live a couple hours drive away from the dealership so we called to get a price over the phone. Multuple times we were given a price and after negotiations finally agreed to this price. Jumped through hoops to make the deal happen and the day before we were to go to the dealership to do all the paperwork, they called back and said "a mistake had been made and they were looking at the wrong truck whwn they quoted us a price." They refused to honor the previously agreed upon and promised price and jacked it up by $3,000 saying "take it or leave it." So we left the truck sitting on their lot and found a better deal. They lost our buisness forever and they couldnt GIVE me a truck off their lot because i dont believe a word they say. Don was nice but is the one who gave the wrong price and his boss Duane Bell is even worse. When you give me your word on a price, you should honor it!!!! Stay away from them and tell your friends!!! P.s. in case there is any question about "maybe their financing fell through or poor credit or whatever," we already had a preapproval letter in hand guaranteed for higher than the price quoted both times with a low interest rate due to 800 credit scores, so no, that had nothing to do with it. Please stay away from these liars!!!!
