I was looking for a car on Craigslist for a couple days called few dealer after explaining my credit situacion they ask for a crazy amount for downpayment I started looking for in house finance and I was able to find Adams auto group in little ferry I called to see their financing process because I don’t have good credit a young lady Rosie answered the phone and told me they don’t care about credit and she texted me the website to do the credit application online and 10 mnts after Jay called me saying I was approved , long story short they send me to the location in paterson And H The manager there show me a 2012 Nissan Maxima and today I’m happily driving with just $1000 down and good payments , I just want to say thank to Adams auto group i really recommend to get a car from them

Zero stars for this xxxx hole that sells cars to customers and have no customer service etiquette. They're a bunch of scammers. My boyfriend recently bought a used car at this place from an inexperienced dealer that they hired named MOE accompanied by STEVE. We knew buying a used car would come with minor deficiencies and we were ok with that. We were skeptical in the moment but the kid kept pressuring us and promising us warranty on the car. His scamming self deceived us by dropping the price down to the price the car is actually worth in the market, making it seem like he's giving us a good deal. He took advantage of the fact my boyfriend was desperate in getting a car to screw us up. Exactly what scammers do. After we bought the car we noticed a few deficiencies, the lock on the passenger seat doesn't work which is a safety issue, the idrive on the car is defective which is a other safety issue bc the idrive identifies issues in the car, the trunk was defective, but the most important and most expensive is the axles drive shaft which is another safety issue was defective. We went to speak to the dealers at BOTH locations so they can at least try to accommodate their customer with the axels, they had no interested in trying to accommodate us. It took us to get a little aggressive and JAY, JOHN, STEVE & MOE decided to give us $300 on an issue that is worth $1500. !!!!!WARNING! PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS AUTO GROUP! YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEYS WORTH! MONEY DOESNT GROW ON TREES SO DONT THROW AWAY YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!

Terrible place. Don't trust these people. They know nothing about cars, they don't do anything they say they are going to do. The service was terrible. It's a wonder how this place is still in business. It's just a huge headache.

If you are looking for a used vehicle and want an honest hassle free experience, this is the place to go. i was in the market for a pre-owned BMW X5 and i found it at Adams Auto Group. the sales team was very accommodating, professional and knowledgeable. I did notice a few things wrong with the vehicle before and after purchase and the owner himself said "I am here for you. what ever you find wrong just bring it back to me an i will fix it" He was and is a man of his word and i would not hesitate to recommend this dealer to any of my friends and will be going back to do more business in the future. I didn't get the car I wanted, they talked me into something that had many problems. Which they didn't tell me about the problems. The place around the corner where they told me to take my car was rude, nasty and didn't fix the problem. However, it was okay monthly payment but I ask for lower. They told me the car I was getting was all that I can get for under 400 monthly. Which was stupid. I don't like them and would never go back there again.

Adams Auto was one of the best car dealers I could've ever stumbled upon. Excellent customer service, friendly and helpful. Steve really helped me out a lot. My Mom loves her new car.

Came here with a decent down payment got the car I wanted and a low monthly payment. Service was nice this was my first car buying experience and i would get another care from Adam's.
