Stay away if you can ...

I understand that good people go through tough times and we are forced to buy from lots like AutoStar, but if you can stay away please do so. I purchased a 2016 Chevy Cruze from Larry and after I dropped the 2700 dollars for the down payment and he set my first payment at 15 days I never heard from them again. All they care about is mKimg the sale and after that if you call back for something they tell you “you purchased the car as is” .. this is what their manager Jimmy told me when I called to say they hadn’t even serviced it checked the car. The oil was dirty, had to purchase plugs, air filter, cabin filter, and Mass airflow sensor was bad and oxygen sensors. Total repair and parts 675 dollars ... car also has a recall on it. These guys are bad news so stay away. There are other lots that take care of their customers... google and review, but if you can stay away!!! Karma is a xxxx of a thing to deal with!

5Star service with Autostar

After a couple of experiences, financing and trading with Auto star of Snellville I would highly recommend their services. Our salesman Tim Young was very swift in finding my ideal vehicle and ensuring my family's safety. The owner Jim was persistent also in ensuring our happiness with the vehicle. I have since referred several family and friends whom all were satisfied with their affordable cost and willingness to assist the customers. I not only received a referral discount,but a few extra incentives for my newest vehicle as a thank you! Overall, this was a great way to obtain luxury at a fair market value.

Poor Customer Service (Rude)

I called the dealership today hoping to begin the process of looking for a vehicle to purchase. I spoke to Larry who was very rude, not helpful at all. His tone was at a high level, he was rushing me off the phone then hung up on me! I will not invest a dime of my hard earned money to Auto Star due to VERY POOR customer service!
