I have never a bought a car online before and was very wary of starting now. The car I am interested in is not easy to find and even if you do find one, it is not in the condition that I am looking for. Fortunately, I was able to find it in Mercedeshowroom's inventory but they are 1,400 miles away. The description they gave of its condition, as well as additional photos allowed me to overcome my initial reservations and I bought the car sight unseen. I saw the car on their website on a Saturday and by the next Saturday, it was being unloaded in my driveway. The car's condition was exactly how it was described. They have a discerning eye on what to include in their inventory. They are professionals and very responsive all throughout the process and have made my first experience of buying a car online a truly wonderful one. I highly recommend Mercedeshowroom at Pompano Beach, FL. Â

I explained that I was driving from Atlanta to pick up this car but it Hass to go back to Atlanta I need to be in good running condition I was purchasing the car for my grandkids to ride around me and so therefore it had to be reliable when I tell you everything went wrong with this car the next day so he fix a few things on the car meaning Steve the owner after that the car just failed I didn’t even have the car nine months beware beware beware complete rip off lemons

Hi Gail. We are sorry to hear that the 2006 R-Class Mercedes with 131k miles you bought 9 months ago is having issues. When you came to the Showroom, we explained that this car was going to be wholesaled at an auction because we don't like to sell high mileage cars to our customers. We have spent the last 33 years specializing in only low mileage, quality pre-owned autos. You insisted you had to have this car at this price. We discussed the known problems, and as you mentioned, had our mechanic fix everything to your satisfaction before you left to drive back to Atlanta. We were happy to hear that you had arrived home safe and sound. We are sorry you are having issues 9 months later.

Finally, I have found a place where buying a car is easy and fun. Just bought a Mercedes E 350 convertible at Mercedeshowroom in Pampano, Florida. Great selection of show room condition cars with low miles. Fast, efficient, reasonable and professional transactions are included. Meta, Steve and their sons, Jason and Bob are friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and warming. 2013 Ford Mustang Boss Laguna Seca
Beware doing business with this place. I recently purchase a 2013 Ford Mustang Boss Laguna Seca. After taking the car out from the dealer, and driving it back home for 30 miles the engine light came on, I took it the next day to a Ford dealer, and their services department explained me the code was erased before, and the car have serious problems in the engine. My fault because I shouldn’t bought it from small mom and pop dealer.

Mercedes E Class 2005 Purchase
We have traveled all over the US to purchase vehicles. In many cases we would arrive to find the vehicle descriptions were not accurate. This time we were pleasantly surprised to find 100% accurate on the description. Nice family business, easy to work with. Bobby sold us the car and Meta did the paperwork. I have to say this was also a pleasant experience. The paperwork was done in no time at all. We purchased a 2005 Mercedes E Class, drove it home to North Carolina and enjoyed every minute of the drive. Honesty and ease of purchase are their strong points.

Outstanding Experience
The experience I had with Mercedeshowroom was by far one of, if not the best I have been through. From the call responsiveness, questions answered, knowledge of the product and the quality of the vehicle. I had one of the best customer experiences in the purchase of the vehicle. Meta & Bobby make quite a team and although I am from out of state you could not tell by the way they handled the purchase from start to delivery, they both coached me through each step of the process, hats off to the team and I hope to purchase from Mercedeshowroom again. The pictures were great but the vehicle was even greater in person. Thanks again!!!

Great Experience Again!
I purchased a 2005 BMW M3 Coupe Mystic Blue about a month ago. This was the second car my family has purchased from Mercedeshowroom. My dad bought a 2009 E350 in January 2011. We dealt with Bobby both times and he is courteous and knowledgeable about his inventory. The entire staff makes the buying process simple and easy with a no pressure environment. I recommend them to anybody looking for a pre-owned Mercedes or M Series BMW.
