I am very disappointed this time
I was very disappointed this time! I need a new clutch and my warranty just expired 6 months ago! I was hoping they could work with me. Even if they cut the cost down from 3000 to 1200! Because of COVID too! But they wouldn’t work with me at all! I am stage 4 kidney disease! Not well! Also my appointment was at 7:30 yesterday morning and they didn’t look at it until 3:30! And asked what is wrong when I explained it all in a note I left for them in my car because AAA had to tow it for me! Then no phone call nothing until the next day at noon! Just to tell me my car would cost 3 g! I can’t afford that! Not with my kidney situation! I never ever have written a review like this but I have been crying over this! Linda Pearson. Excellent service the workers are very friendly .quick service . repaired right the first time. Didn’t have to wait long. I recommend taking your car there .
Unexpected flat tire
I worked with Alex and he was very helpful. They kept in touch with me constantly and fixed an unrelated problem under the warranty. I only take my Ford there. They did not try to oversell .
Service is ok.
Service is ok. Need more technicians and better availability of parts. I have to say the courtesy van that gives you a ride was filthy. The passenger has to wear a seat belt and I did even though there was what appeared to be dried mucus on the seatbelt, the part that crosses right at your chest. The acrylic shield was dirty and a noticeable amount of dust accumulated between the back of the seat and the acrylic shield. The driver made the car rock from side to side and when he turned I was pushed against the door. The driver was not cordial when I got in the van and didn’t assist me in opening and closing the door. I didn’t know where the indoor handle was. He past by my house a let me out across the street. Not hello from him and it a gracious goodbye. This was the worst transport ever. I was afraid on the highway because he went over the speed limit. I had to call for an Uber the next morning to get to work because service started on my vehicle late. Thankfully a coworker drove me to pick up my car. I will not use the shuttle service as long as the vehicle is dirty and the driver is not considerate of human cargo in the back seat. My car is not done. Still waiting for more parts to come in. Uber is $20 from my home to 10 Campbell Blvd. and it would be another $20 to return home.
Quick and Through
Quick Lane lived up to its name. They gave me a timeframe and called at that time to tell me it was ready! The Works and an inspection are done!!
Matt was efficient and fun! Not pushy and listens !! He reads people well and doesn’t try to talk you in to something you don’t want! Great guy!!
