Alex the service manager at the Amherst location never replied to my email regarding my concerns so I called a week later and left a voicemail message. He never replied to that either.

Went in for an oil change , taken care of right away,

Went in for an oil change , taken care of right away, handed over my keys and went and sat in the waiting room, took a little less than an hour. Paul came and got me handed over my keys , I paid, and left. Simple, easy, smooth. The way it should be. I’ll be back.
