I bought a 2008 vw rabbit with 169,000 miles for 5900 which vook value is 3400 so i got way overcharge next i asked them to fix my car and thy repeatedly lied to me about when they had ppl available to look at it and fix it. Would not recommend. Crooks!!

Purchase 2011 Jeep 900 miles & 2 months later engine blows, did not receive any response on this situation, 1 year later that engine went. Jeep has been sitting since last May 2021 Now all I have is 18000 Bill my first loan was 9000 then it added up for all repairs spoke with dealers there with no solution from them to work reasonably

Bought a car 5 months ago, now it has a blown engine and I’m stuck with it. Eric, you don’t honor your words when you are dealing with me. I remembered every words you said and I trusted you, then you had your sister (Janet, who had discriminated me related with the DEAF interpreter over the.phone) filled out a bill of sale, paperworks and didn’t know what you had dealt with me. I got sucker and hurt. You and Janet are con, discriminators and cheaters. I hope this message gets to anybody who want to know about your dealership and business and see what kind of dealers you and your sister are.

3.5 years back we searched for a used 2500 series truck for weeks. We drove by the H&S lot and turned around as something caught our eye. It was exactly what we had been shopping for and has been the most dependable vehicle I have owned. We started searching dealers online for a used SUV last week, H&S had one in stock in our price range, with more options and great condition. They did the check up and replaced a couple small items we didn't even notice at the test drive. They even had all the NY paperwork completed for us when we picked it up. You wont find an honest, friendly family dealership to outclass their customer service! We are confidant in the years ahead, both the truck and SUV, will be a dependable part of our busy lives! Everyone is very friendly and professional to deal with. The SUV that I bought had been properly checked out and all short comings fixed. Love it when there are no hidden surprises in a used car. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and I would buy from them again.

Full service garage with family atmosphere--Hackett & Sons is the real deal. My husband and I are very selective about who works on our vehicles but since our last two moves to Wellsboro and then Williamsport, we will only purchase and have our vehicles serviced at H&S. They are worth the trip!
