    I was interested in a Prius that mysteriously was sold (but still appears online) after pushing a little on price. I was told they offered "Upfront Pricing,"... hahahahahahahaha. What a joke. After paying assorted dealer (aka, additional profit) fees tacked on to the so-called upfront price, I decided I didn't want to do business with a deceptive, misleading dealership. My advice: LOOK ELSEWHERE! GO TO A MILWAUKEE OR MADISON OR GREEN BAY DEALERSHIP WHERE THEY FIGHT TO GET YOUR BUSINESS.

We'd love to reach out and better explain bu...t you've elected to not use your name on your review. Our prices are completely fair and transparent. We base all of our vehicles on age in inventory, condition and, of course, market demand. Our team researches our prices on a daily basis and we adjust accordingly. There is nothing deceptive or misleading about the way we do business. While we thank you for the opportunity, we're disappointed we didn't communicate better with you.

    I purchased a 2016 VW Touareg from Bergstrom. When I was discussing the vehicle purchase over the phone with the saleperson, I stated that I intended to... purchase the car certified. The salesperson told me that was not a problem because it was Bergstrom "pre-certified" and I would be able to simply pay an additional fee for VW certification when I made the purchase. This was not the case, during my purchase the salesperson said that was wrong. I then agreed to make the purchase because he said I could certify later, even at another dealer. Again this was false, I found when I escalated my concern to Sales Manager, that once the purchase is made certification is no longer possible. He said his sales person made a mistake, and then offered me 2yr/24K mile warranty at THOUSANDS more than the certification would have costed. I was lied to and they wanted to make additional profit from this. I am VERY disappointed with that outcome. There is still an outstanding issue (missing accessory from the car) that the salesperson has now informed me that they are not responsible for incorrect information on their website. I guess they got my money and service after the sale is not important. I do not recommend this dealer.

    Found a car I liked on cars.com. We negotiated by text and email. We each gave a little. I flew in to pick up the car. It was as represented in the... pictures. Buying and processing of purchasing was quick and smooth. Bergstrom is a big dealership so I felt comfortable doing business with them. There is no reason for them not to take care of their customers. I would buy from them again. Gail Dix did a great job as my contact.

    We were billed for coolant system service and inspection as part of routine maintenance on our Subaru. The vehicle was returned to us with the coolant... reservoir empty and the radiator very low on coolant. The Bergstrom service desk would not return my calls when I tried to contact them about this issue and refused to acknowledge an issue when I met them in person. If you need to have your vehicle maintained, go somewhere else.

    After totaling my car in the first snowfall of the year, I had to find another car quickly. In emailing area dealers, Bergstrom was the most responsive.... Jordan helped me purchase a loaded Subaru Impreza. The whole team was great to work with!

    They sell cars way overpriced and will not budge. They low ball your trade in as well. You should expect the dealership to make some money on the deai... - it is a business, they have to. BUT.... they are ripping people off by low balling trades and not budging on price. They try to create a monopoly and screw people over so they owe tons more on their new car than its work. Worst business model ever! Oligarchy in America!

We even offer a 7-day lowest-price protection guarantee (find the same car lower elsewhere, we'll give you 110 percent the difference). As far as our trade evaluations, they are based on KBB. Basically, we want to give you fair value for your car based on a third-party evaluation. We have a great team who does things the right way.     This dealership claims they are no hassle with the best prices. However, they will not even budge on trade in value. You see a pretty much identical vehicle... on their lot they are selling for 10,000 more than they are giving you for trade in value, but want you to trust they are giving you the best price. This mark up tells me at minimum they are making $7000-$10,000 on each vehicle the sell. RIP OFF SCAM - No wonder America is so far in debt. No thank you, Il pass and find a realistic dealership where we both win.

As you know, all cars are different in the used car world. Our cars are priced on demand, age in inventory and how the car is equipped. Our trade-in values are based on the same philosophy.     I was in the market for a trustworthy used car but didnt want to break the bank. I went in with a list of things that I was looking for in a good dependable... used car. They put together a list of great options and we test drove every one and found my perfect match. My salesman Jason Inda and Matt Gabriel were super nice and professional. They even made the experience fun and exciting for my 5 year old that tagged along! Thank you Bergstrom for the perfect used car!!!

    I've been actively seeking to buy a cheap reliable car for weeks now. Found a halfway decent deal while shopping around and came across Bergstrom. Extremely... unwilling to budge despite the amount of profit I knew they were going to make on the car if they sold it to me. They don't seem to care much about customer relationships or making deals, just a car lot to sit and look pretty for the people driving by. It's their deal or no deal no exceptions. There's plenty of cars out there, just wait and keep looking. After my conversations with them I wont even bother stopping in until they show interest in actually selling cars.

    WARNING! This dealer is/was selling Certified vehicles that do NOT meet the manufacturer's certification criteria. Instead of making the required repairs... in order to meet the criteria, we were pushed into another vehicle. This is completely unacceptable. I filed a complaint with the manufacturer regarding the vehicles this dealership was selling, and then was contacted by the dealer to try to get us to retract our complaint, because they were afraid of being audited. They take NO responsibility for the vehicles they sell. This is a huge dealer group, but we will NEVER buy another vehicle from Bergstrom.
