Couldn't have been more pleased...the staff at the VW garage was so accommodating. My left directional light wasn't working and they fit me into their schedule and fixed it while I waited. Thank you...Thank you.....thank you!

Dustin(service department) is as always very nice and professional. The mechanic that came on the test drive for my appointment was also nice and helpful in figuring out what I needed to do as well as the female(service department didn't remember her name) was very helpful.

Everyone was friendly and courtesy from everyone I met. The facility was clean, organized and the service was quick. I was in and out in 45 min, had an oil change and tire rotation done.

Quickly identified the issue with my wheel and were able to repair it right then. They even let me sit in an office space and listen to a webinar that was scheduled to meet during my wait time.

Tyler Schuppe took the time to make sure I got all the information I needed, not just what I asked about, but everything I needed, to make an informed decision on the repairs to my Toyota Sienna. Very thorough and accommodating.

Even though my repair could have been thought to be relatively minor, it was very important to me! Dave Jakubek could not have been more helpful and prompt in getting my car fixed and on the road!

I like how good & fast they we're &took care of my car , what I didn't like was that the ones I had bought the car from are not there ,I was told that they had moved on . we hope that we can still get just as good service or even better.We like to deal with the same sales Representative whom we have gotten to known.
