I went to MJ Motors and test drove larger SUVS that he had on the property on several different occasions. I was very specific about my price line and what I was looking for Jody and his team went above and beyond to help me find the car of my dreams. They never rushed me and always showed me the upmost care and made sure to explain in detail all of the vehicles I was looking for. As a female looking for a new vehicle, I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. I was able to get the car of my dreams and his price was way less than I had planned to spend. I would highly suggest them to anyone!!!

Bought a car here in April 2018. Although everyone in the dealership was nice, there were too many small details/problems to give them a positive review. When test driving the car, I noticed the brakes were squealing; when I brought this to the salesman's attention I was told that "our guy replaces them if they are 40% or less." Took it to a break shop about a month afterwards and had to replace both rear brake pads. Mentioned that the tires were at the end of their life; was told "we can get you a good price on tires with our friendly traveling tire salesman, except he won't come to you location an hour away." So now I need new tires as well. Mentioned that the front bumper seemed to be slightly unattached: was told "we will fix that," which apparently never happened. Was told that they would mail me my license plate when it came in and that it would come in before I moved at the end of the month. Never heard from them (they called the wrong phone # to tell me it was in instead of mailing it as they told me), and ended up not receiving the plate until after the temporary tag they gave me was EXPIRED. Then, since they did not register my car in the county I reside in, I had to go spend more money to have that changed as well. They weren't willing to change the car price, and if I hadn't needed the car desperately, probably would have walked out. Overall, I feel taken advantage of, and I do not recommend getting a car here.

I found a vehicle in my price range and it just happened to be for sale at Mount Juliet motors. I have never been to that dealer before but I guarantee I will check their inventory out first before I purchase my next vehicle. Reasons for this review 1) They carry a wide variety of used vehicles 2) The office though small was very neat and clean 3) The staff was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable 4) when I got out of my car I was not swarmed by salespeople 5) They are willing to negotiate some 6) The owner went above and beyond to help me and make the process as easy as it possibly could be. The entire experience was probably one of the best used car dealer experiences that I?ve had and that is saying something that purchase was my 38th vehicle I have purchased also am 43 Years old and am very very picky. I have been known to get up and leave dealerships before because you can?t fix stupid and I will not deal with it. This review is based on my personal experience at Mount Juliet motors. James

They had a car on their lot listed under resell value. My daughter and I went to test drive and she fell in love with it. The team there was courteous and upfront with their approach in answering our questions. Needless to say, we drove off the lot with the car and traded our previous one without much hassle at all. They even took care or the title transfer and registration process for us. Good team at that location!

I bought 2008 explorer sport track today. Jodi was upfront and easy to deal with. I feel I got very fair deal and would recommend Mount Juliet Motors for a great buying experience, if there is such a thing.

I purchased a 2005 Chevy Colorado from MJ motors a couple weeks ago. Jody worked with a fair price and I left thinking this was a good deal. However the next day the check engine light came on and I was rethinking the good deal part. But when I called Jody and told him about the problem he said bring it in and we will take care of it no problem. They have a service department on site. The repairs were made the next day and my new truck is running great. I would highly recommend Mj Motors. Alan

Jody and his staff were great to deal with. He was open about the car from the beginning, and one mechanical concern I had was taken care of promptly the next morning before I had even agreed to make the purchase. Easiest and most comfortable car shopping experience I have had in a long time.

Went in after viewing 2007 Jetta online. Immediately greeted outside. Very helpful, provided carfax and was straightforward in all ways. Very pleased with process and the car.
