The fact that the service writers at Inland Hyundai seem to know all of the customers by name, it gives the customer that very personal feel.The service at this dealership is beyond outstanding. I have not ever had to bring my car back because of a problem after having it serviced at Inland Hyundai. To prove that the dealership stands by by their warranties, My 2010 Elantra had 99,999 miles, and one more mile would have voided the warranty. The dealership replaced my faulty transmission since the odemeter did not exced 100,000 miles. Excellent and honest!
If you want someone to just be honest and straight forward about good cars and their pricing, this is a wonderful dealership. Amanda Sharp is the one to go to if you want to buy a new car--extremely helpful and just willing to give you the facts. Got a great car for a great price--I would recommend them to anyone!

great customer service every time I visit. I purchased my vehicle at this location and have not been disappointed. I do wish they had a charging station in their waiting area but other than that, no major issue's.

Always the best customer service!
I came in for an oil change without an appointment. The service tech had an available slot and got my oil change done pretty quickly. There was a needed repair for a particular part (campaign)?) but I made an appointment for that for a later time. I will always bring my Hyundai to this dealership.

Fixed my paint job
Matt was awesome helped to get my bumper painted that was peeling off ( must have not been applied correctly) with only 3 years on the car. now looks brand new. great guy great service

Matthew was very attentive to my needs and the servicing of my vehicle. He went out of his way to provide a rental car for me while my vehicle was being serviced (the compressor for my air conditioning went out). The only thing I feel wasn't satisfactory, is, I was not given my vehicle back in the condition they took it. My car was pretty clean, and, when I went to pick it up, it was dirty, and had black tar like marks all over it, I guess from the work they were doing. I wasn't very happy, and, thought that they should've rinsed it off prior to returning it to me.
