Have bought two vehicles form red cedar auto. They were extemely courteous, gave fair value for out trade in vehicles, and they didn’t even bat an eye when our cheque bounced (bank lost our signature card and wouldn’t honor the cheque). Anyway, I would recommend them

Wanna buy a car that blows an engine in 6 months (although the "owner" thinks September to March is a "full year"? Then THIS is your place. They sell garbage. Offer ZERO service (not even a "thank you follow up call" and DONT ask em any questions The "owner" is a hack. She will hang up on you. Why? Cant handle the pressure Madame "salesperson"? Then get OUT of the game. If YOU buy from this place? You better call State Farm ASAP and have "unlimited towing" added to your policy. Yer gonna NEED It. I know ALL the local dealerships. This one is complete garbage. And you betcha we gonna talk about em on the radio show.. ToooNITE. Not even 1 star. Avoid at ALL COSTS. You are better off WALKING than waste money at Red Cedar Auto Schysters.

Found a truck I have been looking for at this place "Red Cedar Auto Sales" in Williamston Mi and called to see if I can set an appointment. A guy by the name of Rick answered the phone and told me that the vehicle was available. Rick assured me that he would call me if someone else was interested in the vehicle. To be proactive, I called my bank and was pre approved for the vehicle and I had my bank agent contact Red Ceder Auto Sales for the sales agreement. I never received a call from Rick so I assumed we were still good for our Wednesday appointment. I took the day off from work, drove 45 minutes out there only to find out that they sold the vehicle out from under me with no call and no email. For a bonus, I lost a $3,000 sale on a vehicle that I was trying to sell because these people cannot communicate with their customers. I would not do business with this company as they seem to only care about how much money they can squeeze from their victims. The only positive thing out of this was the owners daughter apologized. Unfortunately the apology will not make up for the time and money I lost. Buy here at your own risk. Hope this review helps. Thank you for reading.

We are from Grand Rapids, and found the truck we wanted at Red Cedar Auto. I called before we went down, and worked with Jamie through the process. The complete process went well, including using a credit union through them to finance truck. She did a awesome job to make this a good deal, thanks Jim

I love this place! Joe and Jamie run a small shop but know the vehicles they sell inside and out. I bought a 2006 F150 from them and there were a couple minor issues that they took care of before selling it to me. The price is always right and they make buying a vehicle simple. I am in the process of buying my second car from them right now.

Bought an Explorer I wasn't satisfied with, Joe took it back with no problems, and I got a 2004 Grand Marquis that I still have. When I'm ready for another car, they will be the place!! You want a good deal, Red Cedar is the place to go!

Tried to work a better price on a Lincoln as safe car for my 16 year old son. After no discount was offered because the salesman stated it was a one owner car with no accidents, I examined the car closely to make sure it had no damage. When you hear a deep thud on the sheet metal that is the sound of plastic body filler. They advertise themselves as the "Home of the One Owner Car". When I returned home and checked the CarFax report I found out this car had multiple owners and was reported to have right rear damage. I will take my business elsewhere.
