Great Experience

Great guys! Worked well with my son for a great experience and a great car! My family has purchased cars from the dealer in the past and knew they would take good care of him, even slipped him $30 for gas when he left... Thanks guys!

Buying a Car Does Not Have to be a 4-Hour Process

I was looking for a Nissan Altima for my son's 16th birthday. I did not want to pay out the nose for the car, and I did not want a car with a huge amount of miles. I found a VERY reasonably priced 2015 Altima, so I went in for a test drive. I dealt with Rex Campbell, and I was astonished at the laid back approach! He asked if I wanted to test drive the car, and then he gave me the keys and told me to take my time. When I got back, he asked if I was interested in buying the car, and so we started the process. Within in about 20-30 minutes we were done. I was sitting there waiting for whatever, expecting to be there a while. Rex said, "That's it. Buying a car does not have to be a 4-hour process." In the tag application process, I was asked to get the emissions testing done, I thought that was a bit strange, but then Rex gave me $10 to cover the $9 emissions test, and he also gave me $20 for fuel. The process was totally different from going to a major dealership and so much less stressful and time-consuming. If you have a need for a nice used car at a reasonable price, and if you enjoy a low-stress environment, you need to give Speedway Motors a shot at earning your business.

Great

Excellent service. They went to great lengths to make us happy with our new car. They even gave us floor mats since the car didn't have any. Oh and lets not forget the gas money. Great services from excellent employees.

Total Lie

I have just purchased a E350 4Matic Mercedes from Speedway Motors. After speaking with the salesman Austin, I believe is his name, and confirming the following to close our deal. We discussed a small rip in the front seat and asked if there were any additional blemishes. Austin guaranteed that that was the only blemish in the automobile. I specifically asked Austin if he had both sets of keys to the Mercedes. Austin guaranteed he in fact had 2 keys to the Mercedes.Please note, I have wittiness that will attest to this. My son and I drove 4 hours (one way) 8 hours round trip, to purchase the car. On arrival, we were met by Austin, he had the car parked in front. So far so good. My son and I are looking the car over and inspecting the inside when we find that apart from the “small” rip in the drivers seat, the rear center console paint / plastic is pealing! I point this out to Austin and his reply, “I really hadn’t seen that”. Really, you inspect a car and you just happen to miss something that I clearly visible. Not good, I ask him if he can please help us out on this. Austin’s reply, “no, can’t do a thing”. Well you know, we’ve driven 4 hours after having worked that day, what the heck, guess we can live with this. We sit down to finalize the deal, and I asked Austin where is the second set of keys. Austin replies, what other set of keys. Now I’m really angry, a set of keys for a Mercedes can run up to $500. I tell Austin we specifically asked him and he assured us he had 2 keys for the car. Austin’s reply, I answered a lot of questions don’t remember having said I had 2 keys to the car. Please remember I have witnesses that will attest that we in fact asked Austin specifically to confirm he had 2 keys for the car, which he did. I tell him he needs to make this right and order another key for the car. Austin and the owner tell me, that they will give me a $100 to offset me buying a new key. This was the fix they offered me! After having driven that far, we really had no other option than to purchase the car. I feel I have been totally been lied to. The car had additional blemishes and Austin and Speedway Motors knew it. Austin knew he didn’t have a second set of keys, but he intentionally lied to us. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. Buy someplace else where you don’t feel you’ve been lied to!

Mark and Rex did everything they said they would. Will buy here again. Was a great used car buy. You should stop by and try them out.

Great Experience

I bought my first car at Speedway Motors for a great price. It was an easy transaction and the employees were extremely helpful and made the process go smoothly. I'm definitely recommending this place to my friends and family!

Honest and dependable people

I have purchased 4 vehicles from speedway, i have had no trouble with any vehicle . I will definitely be going back withour hesitation, I highly recommend speedway motors .

Fantastic!!

I found my car one night on Wheels and Deals, called the next day. I gave them my information and received a positive call back in about 20 minutes. I went in the very next day and after a few minutes I was driving away!! Very nice professional sales staff. I would highly recommend anyone to go there!

Awesome!!

Awesome experience and easiest transaction ever! Car was priced below KBB and gave me a complete car fax on it. And they gave me cash to fill the car up. Couldn't ask for better customer service or speed! Ask for Rex!

Great price. Easy process.

I found my car online one night and the next morning I was given a call and information regarding the selected car. I was approved over the phone within an hour or so and picked it up the next day. They even took my trade in! Super simple. Super nice guys. Very quick and easy process. Buying a car should be exciting, not a hassle. I’m beyond happy!
