Crafts Cars

About 6 years ago we bought a pick up from Crafts and they went the extra mile to make sure we were all set. They even helped pay for a repair long after the warranty period expired. Because of that we went back when my wife needed a car and once again we were met with excellent service. Now after alot of miles and several long salty winters my pick up finally died and without a second thought we went straight back to Crafts. This time they REALLY helped us out and did everything in their power to make sure we ended up in the right pick up. I can't say enough about Mike and the rest of the crew at Crafts. I have bought at other dealers before and had mediocre experiences and even a really bad experience at one local dealer. I know there will be a day when this pick up will drive it's last mile too and when that time comes I plan on going straight back to Crafts. Also if there are any doubters out there please let me assure you that nobody pressured or paid me to say any of this- Crafts treats their customers excellent and as far as I'm concerned they earned every word of this. This was the easiest car purchase I have ever made. Found the car I wanted on their website , contacted them via email and received immediate response. I filled out credit application online and all was ready to go when I arrived at dealership for test drive. Friendly and efficient service! Would definitely go to them again.

Craft is your better then normal Maine Dealer! All the guys were just regular guys! No pressure, no hassle, very relaxed, and looking to actually help you out and make a good deal all around! Most of their vehicles are usually, one owner rigs from Canada. This has many benefits over most other local dealers. All of the trucks were cleaned and almost spotless, they also provide free stickers for all vehicles purchased from there! Would recommend the dealer to anyone, especially Kevin who was super easy to work with!

We left with and retained good feelings after purchasing a used 2014 4Runner from Crafts Cars and having dealt with Kevin in sales, mainly, and Mark in financial. Everyone we spoke to, even casually, was a pleasure. Most communication was done, with Kevin's willingness, online, of which many dealerships can make that very difficult and would prefer you in their grip at the dealerships. Not so with Crafts Cars, the pressure is off. The descriptions and pricings of the vehicles are clear enough to have an idea that a particular vehicle is what you're looking for, making it easier to choose to make the trip to see it. They had all the paperwork prepared even with the understanding that the sale wasn't a done deal, but merely for customer convenience to help with the customer's time. Even had the best financing pre-arranged. ... As others have said, 'zero pressure and very pleasant people to deal with'. One of the rarest 'good experiences' we're had with buying cars over the years through a dealership. I see why they received the award for best auto dealership in the Lewiston/Auburn area 2017. They deserved it for how they do business casually, treat the customer, and all the while keeping a large variety of excellent used cars and trucks in inventory to choose from. I'm glad I expanded out my internet search area map to find them at their location in Lisbon Falls... and they just happened to have just what I was looking for at a very fair price. Kevin listened to what I wanted , what I could afford and went above and beyond finding me exactly what I wanted ! He was calling me about the vehicle I just purchased before it was even off of the carrier ! It?s a great feeling knowing someone is really taking your needs into consideration making this an easy process ! We all know buying a car can be tryout but At crafts I can honestly say it was everything but trying ! I will continue to do business with crafts from here on out !
