Our family was going through a very difficult time and I was in need of service on my granddaughter's car. Jay Craft @ Craft Cars offered immediate service. He went the extra mile to ensure that her car was safe. During times like this, having someone care and help out is a blessing to find an organization like Craft Cars and Jay Craft. They run a quality, caring organization and I am forever grateful.

Bought a 2010 Dodge Ram in Nov. Best vehicle buying experience I've had. No pressure, very relaxed. Had a few issues with the truck after a month or so brought it back to them and they fixed everything. They stand by their warranty and have great customer service. Went in on a Saturday afternoon an hour before closing looking to price out a few different cars. Pete met with my wife and myself as soon as we pulled in and let us test drive a few cars. We ended up returning Monday to purchase one that we test drove and are very satisfied with the purchase. Peter and Mark at Crafts were super helpful and no-pressure, on top of being very personable people, which made what could've been a stressful situation (old car died Saturday morning, needed a new car for work on Tuesday), very stress free. We will definitely come back for the next car and recommend Crafts to our friends and family.

I contacted Craft Cars not being sure if I would even be able to be approved for a vehicle. Being my first year as self-employed, and previously a "Stay-at-Home" Mom, I didn't have a lot on my side. I figured the worst they could say is no, and it was well worth the chance! In less than 30 minutes, I was approved for a vehicle and driving it home that day!
