Jay was so easy to work with and the process was unbelievably simple. He cuts right past all of the "Big Name Dealership" shenanigans (including those "miscellaneous" costs) and gets right to business. I don't think I spent more than a total of 60 minutes there and I left with a car. All of the paperwork was done for me when I arrived and he even had a light bulb quickly replaced while I signed everything. It really was a perfect and easy transaction. Thank you, Jay -- I'm a customer for life!!

We just purchased a 2010 Acura TSX from J&J. Love it! They have non-smoker vehicles with excellent carfax reports. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from them. Our 2007 Honda Civic remains on the road with no issues whatsoever. Both cars were purchased for our sons, but I am so impressed that I think I will buy my next vehicle from J&J when the time comes to replace my 2012 Toyota Highlander.... I could not recommend them enough.

I went to J&J because 3 different people recommended them. I went there to look at a 2007 Highlander but ended up getting a 2004 Lexus RX330!!! I liked both vehicles but the Lexus had EVERYTHING I wanted and then some. Jay was very honest with me and took the time to explain what my payments would be for both vehicles. I just could not pass up the Lexus. When I picked it up yesterday, it was clean inside and out, tags on and ready to go. All I had to do was sign for it.
