i just purchased a 2004 Chevy Colorado from these guys and man i was was impressed very friendly curtious individuals to work with. i was having trouble getting financed through other dealerships but within a matter of a few hours jay had gotten it done for me. cars are all clean and ready to go, I couldnt be any happier not only with my new truck but with the people i purchased it from. I need a car when my truck turned out to be no more good and I need another car fast my mother has had bad experiences with car dealers in the past so she was on very high guard going to a car dealership but she left the decision to me but that's beside the point a way she had checked out J&J's website and contacted them on a weekend and I had a test drive 48 hours on a Monday later it was running and warm pleasant and inviting 2 days later that Wednesday I was driving home in my new car which was a good thing because we got slammed with 24 inches of snow. By the way I forgot to mention the process was incredibly easy.

I found myself having to purchase a car and quick. I ride by this dealership every day for my daily work commute and would always find myself checking out the inventory. This was the first dealer we went to and the first car we drove. The entire process was EASY and FUN. The salesman are genuinely out to please and will see that you leave a happy customer. I found the car I liked on their web page and requested a time to test drive and check the car out. I was contacted quickly. When I showed up the car was cleaned, running and warm. I walked in and Jay showed me the car and said enjoy the test drive see you soon. When we finally decided the purchase was a go, the paper work was quick and easy. They knew where to dot the I's and cross the T's. I'm sure I will be back for my next purchase.

I think that Jerry and Chris and Jay, the owners of J & J that I dealt with, were a little (or a lot) puzzled by my approach to used car buying. I'm an older woman, but have always bought used cars from individual owners in the past, and have always had good experiences. I ask A LOT of questions. (It's not as challenging as you might think, if you know what you are doing. It's actually kind of fun.) I had never been to a used car lot, until my good Westminster mechanic recommended J & J to me. I thought I would take a look, give it a try. I ended up buying what appears to be a fine used car (as I always do, so far in my life), but this time from a used car dealer! I experienced: patience, respect, answers to all my questions, more patience, freedom for me to test drive conveniently and to take the car to my Sykesville mechanic for a check before buying/negotiating. J & J has what appears to be good old-fashioned local expertise about high-quality cars, and good, old-fashioned, down-to-earth, and kind personal customer service. Wow. Old-fashioned is important to me. These people are the real deal, and I salute them.

I bought my first car through J&J and even though I had never really built up any credit, they worked with me to get me the car of my dreams at an affordable price. After I had an accident and needed a new vehicle, the choice was obvious to me where to begin my search, and even though they didnt have exactly what I wanted right away, they went out of their way to find me the vehicle I ended up taking home and have loved ever since.
