Ed made a great effort to educate me not only on the car I was interested in, but how to maintain it going forward. He explained the process incredibly well and empowered me as a buyer. He even went so far as replacing two tires before we test drove the vehicle. Ed and Chuck are easy going and will answer all your questions as to what they know about the vehicle you are looking to purchase. No high pressure selling tactics. They source vast majority of their inventory from new car dealers rather than auctions.

I found my 2012 GMC Terrain online after expanding my search. It was exactly what I was looking for. It just happened to be 560 miles away. Ed at Mr. C's answered all my prepurchase questions, texted additional pics, and sent all paperwork almost instantly to my credit union for my loan process. With the help of a friend and adventurous mom and stepdad I road tripped to get it and drove it over 500 miles home without issue. It was everything they said it was and more. Ed even called the next morning to see how the trip home was going not realizing I had drove nonstop after the purchase.
