5/5 sales staff, was helpful. along with General Manager. Finance office 1/5, if you come here to buy and finance a car, DO NOT use Jackie (finance manager). Politely decline to do financing with someone else or return on another day to do financing. The true nightmare starts after you buy and finance the car with the dealership (who after more research was not in fact the lowest APR) lie #1 by Jackie. you have to do the footwork, which I did on my own. Red flag, but hey we really liked the car and sales staff. Well days later check on the loan pay off, NOTHING. Ok, may take couple days. Check with bank in a week, NOTHING. Call Jackie get some run around about 20-30 day pay off. Well coincidentally the process was STARTED that day of the call (you do the math here). So 6 days later the paperwork is started. "this is how things are done, I have worked at many dealerships"-jackie Call the bank again today 11/11/2024, NOTHING! credit score impacted. Call dealership, oh yeah it was started on 10/31 we know you signed the contract on 10/25 but that's not how it works. Jackie talked down to me like I didn't understand financing. Again with "I have worked at many dealerships, no one wires money"-Jackie sends me a copy of check that is marked 11/5 (yes, 11 days after contract was signed). It's 2024 and we can wire money instantly. OTHER Dealerships do in within a couple days MAX of signing the contract. credit score dropped 30 points from perfect because of this ordeal. Dealership "sorry, that's odd". I know you sold the car, made the money and now don't care. So the old car is on the lot and currently for sale with LIEN on the car. You are telling me that the management wouldn't bust xxxxx to get the lien taken care of if someone was there to buy the car? meanwhile, both the GM and Jackie, sorry your credit score has been effected. I am left sending letters to banks, and credit report. JUST A HEADS UP keep a watchful eye when doing business here. I have the contract and screen shots for proof if needed BBB complaint filed as well Len Stoler you dealership reputation is being impacted by your Finance department!! "Your front door is the internet".

Hands down the best!

Hands down the best!! Not only did I find the exact perfect used Honda Civic that I was looking for but the DREAM TEAM made this happen with a ton of hard work and long hours to seal the deal for me! I cannot thank Chase (Sales), Nick (General Used Car Manager), Olivia (Sales), & especially Diane (Business Manager/Finance) for making this happen!!! I cannot thank you all enough for helping me get into this vehicle! I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone looking for a great used vehicle, especially those with less-than-perfect credit. The communication was top-notch, and they worked tirelessly from sun up to sun down to help make this deal work! Thank you all again!!

We purchased a '23 Grand Cherokee L.

We purchased a '23 Grand Cherokee L. Chase Hall was our salesperson. He was friendly and efficient and pulled out all the stops to get us to the finish line on the last day of the month. Chase went the extra mile of not only delivering the car to our home but also picked it up to have the punch out work done. We love our new Jeep! We had a great experience with the sale team, the finance department and management at Len Stoler Jeep. Thanks Team!

Where to start: Chase is awesome!

Where to start: Chase is awesome! He is new to his sales role and extremely customer friendly. He anticipates your needs and does a good job of explaining everything thoroughly before you buy. He is energetic and very attentive. Felt like I was buying from family or friend I have known for a while. Nick, Steve, and Diane all went above and beyond as well. Steve wouldn’t let me drive off with my new truck because it needed new tires! I was shocked! Never had a GM pay that much attention to a sale before. I got brand new tires and an alignment with the sale. Very happy with everything except the price but that is on me since I went in upside down! I will definitely be back to this dealership for my next purchase. They are great at customer service but even better people!!!💪

Chase was awesome made me feel right at home made me feel comfortable with my purchase and made sure if I need anything in the future to contact him. This dealership is a great place to purchase a vehicle. Also Jaclyn in the finance department was amazing as well.
