The secretary who greeted us was very nice. The vehicle we drove was awesome. However, someone had an appointment to look at the same vehicle right after we drove it. They got first chance, which was fair, and ended up buying it. The salesman was great and not pushy and suggested some other vehicles they had. It was a good experience and will consider them in the future.

Rude lying xxxxxxxx
So I called about a 2009 Avallanche they were asking 23,000.00 for. Almost 5,000.00 over what the vehichle was worth and I offered 20,000. They said it had navigation , a hitch and the off road suspension package. And it was easy to see looking at the vehichle and running the vin number that it had none of that. When I confronted the guy about the options it didn't have he simply ignored me and said how can I help you. He was rude and high strung and laughed at my 1500 $ offer over what the vehichle was worth. These guys are using the shortage of chips for new cars and abusing the value of you cars and taking advantage of used car prices. And they flat out lie about what the vehichle is equipped with. I would advise you to shop elsewhere. I was going to drive over 150 miles to purchase this vehichle and it has dropped. 1000,00 since that conversation. This is America and if they take advantage of us because of supply and demand they are worthless. Buy elsewhere. You have been warned. Run any vin number through Kelly blue book before you buy and you will see how much they are gouging you.

Amazing customer service and sales staff. They really listened to my needs as a buyer and found me the perfect car. I am a realtor and I needed something with excellent gas mileage and yet a rugged transmission and drive train that can withstand the Pocono winters. Mike, Bill, Jeremy and the excellent mechanics went above and beyond to get me into a BMW 328d at an incredible price with 4 new tires and a complete servicing. Thanks guys!!!

I was in a tough spot , needing a good reliable truck in a short time , I talked to the people at auto world and omg they helped me so much and showed so much love , they found me multiple trucks in my price range within 30 mins of me talking to them and by the end of the week I was driving off in my awesome 2014 Silverado !! The truck is perfect everything I could have asked for and more , and on top of that they really worked within my price range and to find the best possible vehicle . I would totally recommend this place to anyone . I’ve never had such a great experience like this before purchasing a vehicle, stress free and easy to work with . Amazing people !

I come from New York and was nervous about dealing with a dealership 2 hours away but stopping there to look for a truck was my best decision Jeremy was a pleasure to deal with along with Mike.. they made my process seamless and very comfortable. I had so many questions and concerns but they answered them all... I got the truck in mint condition and the way they said ... I’m happy I chose them honestly . They are very fair and honest— when something wasn’t good or right they told me and Jeremy led me in right direction... after dealing with them I felt like I can open up a car dealership that’s how thorough they were .. Bill (Nabil Shahib, Owner) is the most dishonest car dealer I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend that nobody does business with this man or his associates. If by chance you decide not to take this advice please be sure to get every single thing he is offering in writing before you sign a contract or make a down payment. I know that sounds obvious but it can be easy to fall for sleazy, dishonest dealer tactics. After agreeing on some very specific details regarding shipping Bill flipped his story 180° and is now calling me a liar. Stay away from this man and his business.

Horrible experience!
This place is honestly horrible! I got my first car from them on august 18 and today is September 8 and I yet to receive the car! Hey sold me a lemon car, the car didn’t even have an horn and claim they had no idea what was wrong with it! When I told them I don’t want the car * 3 days after paying full cash* they didn’t want to give me my money back, I had to get the cops involved, they decided to fix the car and almost a month after they can’t tell me when I’m getting my car! This was my first car and it was the WORST decision to go here!
