I went with my dad to check out a car. Salesman was awesome, straightforward, and said the only extra charge was roughly 175.00, which was the case in the end when he signed. Look at 99% of the dealers out there, straight up xxxxxxxx! Majorworld doesn’t need to charge 2k or 4k for “document fees”, these guys sell a ton of cars without trying. Would totally recommend them. Very chill environment too, they had the yankee game on, everyone super up beat.

love my new JEEP
It has taken me about a month to write my review (my apologies) but I am 'full picture' kind of person. I have to give thanks to Sebastian (car dealer agent) and both Ray and Patricia (Managers). All three of you worked as a team and made sure I left with not only the Jeep I wanted but with a satisfying deal overall! In addition, Sebastian went above and beyond on answering all of my random questions, making sure he answered all of them with full details. I would highly recommend when leasing or financing and insuring your new vehicle to work with all three individuals as a team! They make sure you get what you want at the end of the day! What more can you ask for?? Oh yeah, an AWESOME JEEP!!! Thank you all for your hard work and dedication to your "Loyal Client"

Don’t buy from them.
Don’t buy anything off these guys. They will promise you the sun moon and stars until they have your money. I bought a brand new Jeep Compass last year for my daughter and she loves it but last week the transmission gave in. I called service and spoke to manager who told it would be 3 to 4 weeks before they could look at it 😳. No problem you can give me a loaner till it’s fixed and his response was ( I need to give you a loaner ? I don’t f.ing work you) 😡 and we got into it and he hung up I called back and spoke to general manager who told me he would sort it and call me back in a couple of hours, 6 days later and no call back. I’ve called every day since and was told he wasn’t in or was busy and would call me back but nothing 😡

They are the worst
They are the worst they fixed one headlight back in October they didn't even fix the screen now both headlights don't work they don't understand that I need my headlights to work. Nicole has a horrible attitude and so does the other service manager.last time the car was there they made me wait three weeks for an appointment they never let me know what was going on with the car so I can get myself a rental I was stranded for a week. Now both headlights don't work and you would think that they would take me in right away wrong they said I have to wait three weeks for an appointment and I said that that was beyond unacceptable because I have no headlights then they banned me unbelievable.

Dirty bathroom and dirty people!!!
Was told by Amanda Johnson that my vehicle was in stock and ready to purchase. That they inspected to make sure it was ready. I take the day off to go purchase the Pacifica Hybrid and they have no vehicle. The inventory manager tells me that the van is in stock but reserved as a fleet vehicle for companies which is total BS. Companies never buy the most expensive trim which is what I wanted plus I could see his computer screen and saw that only one Pacifica came up on his inventory and it wasn't the one I wanted. So avoid this place like the plague because they are either dishonest or incompetent.

Doesn’t return phone calls
Can’t buy anything from them because they won’t even answer the phone. What kind of place is this??????? They have a car that I want and at this point I’m practically begging to buy it from them.
