Auto Solutions IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE IV EVER HAD. FAST AND EASY PROCESS, easy to work with. And i am in LOVE WITH MY MURANO. I HAVE BEEN BUYING FROM Frank since 2016. I will NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE. I almost bought a car down the street from him at DEALER ONE. AND THEY TOTALLY SCREWED ME. TOLD ME WHAT MY DOWN PAYMENT WOULD BE , and monthly payments. And i said ok and ill be there. And after i paid for full coverage auto insurance $333 , when i was on my way there. I spent 2 hours there trying to give them documentation that i didnt know i needed. It pissed me off so bad. Then they turn around and say i need extra money down $4000. I was livid. My friend had deove me there. And i told her please take me to AUTO SOLUTIONS, i know they will get me into something. I was so happy because i was out of there in less than 45 mins. And i got the same exact car that i was wanting. Only better. It was a platinum. Had less miles , and i love the color. Therefore , i will never try and go anywhere else again. THANK YOU FRANK !

A tale of an enternet purchase.
Caveat empto Purchased a 2006 mercedes slk280 Dealing was with Frank, the GM. Was an easy purchase with just $195 fee as an add on. Received car without rearview mirror. Frank sent one out. Trunk would not stay up. Why weren't these fixed prior to shipment? Drivers door panel loose, I fixed. Passenger door speaker not working, $172. AC fan Assy. broke, $800. So far I have $1378 in it. No apologies or what can I do to make it good. Would not purchase on line and make sure you check vehicle out before purchasing.

Buyer Beware!!!
First, Nick the salesman was very personable and did a good job trying to meet our needs. The bad. Their General Manager, Frank, is a piece of work. I live in AZ and have been looking for a used Honda Element. I found one on their website and my son in law lives in OKC. I asked my son in law to go drive the car. My son in law heard some popping noises in the front end and told Nick and problem was fixed. This all happened last weekend on Saturday. My Son in Law gave Auto Solutions a $600 cash deposit (mistake) to hold the car until today 9/9/21 (6 days). It was not made clear that this $600 was non refundable. There is a sign in their finance office which does state that deposits are non-refundable. My son In law was never taken into that office and never saw that sign or told about the non-refundable nature of this deposit. When I flew in from AZ to pick up the car, I wanted to have it checked more thoroughly by a mechanic before finalizing the purchase. The mechanic found that oil was leaking around the main seal and might last 1000 or 50,000 miles, no way to tell (It would have been around a $1000 repair). It was also discovered that the front door was rubbing on the front fender when the front door was opened. Mechanic said this could only have been caused by a bump/accident to the front end, even though the car was advertised as having no accidents (the language they used in their advertising was no accidents disclosed). After my mechanic visit, I returned with the 2007 Black Honda Element to Auto Solutions OKC (which has a Warr Akers OK address). I informed Frank of these problems and told him I could not purchase the vehicle with these problems. I requested my deposit back. Frank then informed me all deposits were non refundable as stated on the sign in his office???? My response to him was “you have a car that has a leaky master seal and has been in some sort of undisclosed accident and this does not warrant refund of a deposit”? Because he had taken the car off the market for 5 days, I even offered to split the deposit and accept $300 refund, $300 for his trouble, $300 back to me because of the found defects. In my opinion as a reasonable person, and no matter what a sign says that only exists on one wall in one of their tiny offices, this is a fair way to resolve the issue. This is where the unfairness and unreasonable nature of this man shines thru. No matter what a sign says, things can always be worked out to make both parties happy, it’s just good business. Nothing is set in stone. It is obvious that keeping my $600 was much more important having fair business practices. There was much more to our lengthly discussion which I won’t bore you with (including at one point Frank getting very animated and referring to the 2007 Black Honda Element as a piece of crap (he actually used the expression piece of SH##). When I asked him what he meant by that, he said all the cars on the lot were pieces of crap (again “pieces of SH##). I am still not quite sure what he was getting at, only he knows for sure. I am certain he would deny he ever said it if he was ever asked to explain what he meant. I don’t write many reviews, only when I have a really good experience, or in this case a really bad experience. I just chalk this one up to “buyer beware” and be especially aware of Auto Solutions in OKC. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING AND CHECK EVERY VEHICLE CAREFULLY PRIOR TO PUTTING DOWN A DEPOSIT. My suggestion would be NOT to give them any kind of deposit until you are fully satisfied with the condition of the vehicle and are ready to sign the purchase contract. Based on how I was treated in this situation, I would be very skeptical of any type of good service after the sale. The receipt for the $600 deposit does NOT read that deposit is non refundable. Doesn’t it seem reasonable that if they wanted to make this policy clear, it would be written on the deposit receipt?

Helpful, honest sellers
I purchased a car from Auto Solutions 1 model year newer for $2000 less than the competitor was offering. Greg took great care of me. No high pressure sales. I had a minor issue with my tire later and even though I didn't purchase the warranty they still took care of it for me anyway. I will be buying my next car from Auto Solutions.

Second car
I bought my second car from auto solutions a few months ago and have had such a wonderful experience. I never had a problem with my charger (the 1st one) in the two years I owned it and when I paid it off the salesman gave me a very fair trade value....more than I expected actually. My new infinity is the car of my dreams. My experience with them has been all good and I would recommend them to my family and friends. Keep up the good work fellas!

GOT THE ONE I WANTED!!!
I just bought a BMW with $2000 down. My credit is not the best so I honestly thought I would get pushed into a chevy or something. The staff was pretty nice and professional. They had a great selection of different types of cars but I drove away with what I went there for. Very satisfied.

Great Job Guys!
We went and looked at several different Car lots and decided to stop here as our last resort and figured we would be disappointed as we had been all day going from this one to that one. To our surprise this Car Lot has some great looking cars at really descent prices. The gentlemen that sold us a car was polite and made our car buying experience worth while. No long drawled medical procedures at all. I most generally do not like buying from car lots but this one has changed my opinion totally!

So far, so good
So far so good. Purchased a used F-250 for a great price and so far have been very happy with our purchase. Salesman (Greg) was friendly and not pushy like so many of the others in that area. They cut us a great deal since we paid cash.
