Buyers definitely beaware!!

Yes, buyers definitely beware!! I cannot believe that a car lot is allowed to sale unsafe vehicles. I co-signed for my son a car back in September. We’ve had nothing but problems. It started off with front alignment issues. I payed $2000 to have that repaired. I payed another $1000 for new tires. My son now has issues with the brake actuator, ABS pump, brake booster, and wheel sensors. The cost for that repair is quoted at $7000. The car is older and is not worth all these repairs. I called the car dealership and of course they didn’t know the car had all these problems. They know what kind of cars they’re selling. They have a mechanic that I’m sure looks at them when they’re brought in who probably rigs them up to make them appear drivable to sale. How dare you sale my son a car that you know is unsafe.😡😡

Don't Buy Here!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!!! Bought a vehicle from here that was an older vehicle but was a one-owner with low miles and no accident history and we had the car for 3 weeks before it stalled out and found out it needed a new engine which was going to cost between 4-5k dollars. Spoke to the owner and he said he would help but never reached out to me again and basically told me that sometimes you get a good one and sometimes you don't. Mind you that was an $8300 mistake that I am left with. Stay away and find a place where they actually have a mechanic check out the vehicle.

SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS!!!!!! They sold me a car that needs $6k in repair. They said the were going to take it to the dodge dealership then declined the repairs after I signed for it! I don't know how the ratings are so high!

10/16/2020 bought 05 Ford F-350, broke down 20 miles away, stranded, had to get hotel which they did reimburse. Truck got fixed, then a/c went out, they paid for parts but My husband had to fix it because we aren't close to their mechanic. One day later, fuel line broke, pouring diesel out the front end, had to purchase parts and fix this issue on our own. The last straw was today when their tag lady, Cindy, lied to me about where our tag sticker is because it's 11/23/2020 and we have not received it. She sent it to the wrong address even though she was given the correct one. She said my husband told her that sending it to the wrong address was no problem. Since the tag has been out of date since 11/17, this is a huge problem and he would have NEVER said that. When confronted by my husband, her entire story changed and it will be overnighted to us. This business is poorly run, underhanded, and has incompetent staff. We have owned this truck for 6 weeks. We have been able to drive it 6 days out of that 6 weeks and we've already had to pay a payment. I'm terrified to drive my own vehicle that I'm paying for because it constantly leaves me stranded. If you read one thing on the internet and listen to it, let this review be that one thing. Do not do this to yourself. Don't destroy yourself financially and trust Carisma. Don't walk, RUN the other way and tell all your friends.

Horrible dealership! Stay away!!!!

Worst experience I’ve ever had at place of business. Tolga is a salesman there and is a horrible liar and only cares about making a sale. He’ll say anything to get you there and if you don’t like the vehicle he acts like you don’t exist. Don’t trust him or anything he says. Please stay away from this place. STAY FAR AWAY!!!

Worst car buying experience I have ever had

Worst car buying experience I have ever had. Dont trust the word of the staff here because they will not hold it. Bought a car, before purchase it only had 1 key, sales manager said "no problem, we will get it cut and shipped to you, no problem." He had bought the cheapest key ebay had to offer and sent it to me uncut and un-programmed of course. He said to take it to home depot or Walmart and have it cut for $5, and of course they don't cut these kind of keys. Give them another call after running all over town to hardware stores and lock smiths, everyone telling me to go to the dealer. They say ok, go to the dealer and we will pay the bill. Dealer says the key I was given is not going to work, need a real ford key, total comes to $218. Go back to the dealer to get reimbursement and he didn't want to pay it and said the very most I can do is give you $100, great more money wasted to this no good dealer. Do not trust them, they will tell you anything you want to hear to get the sale.

No communication

Very nice website. However, I sent an email msg requesting updated pricing info via the cars.com link. I've never received a response from the dealership.
