Took my Toyota Corolla in for two recalls, Seat belt harness, and computer update for transmission. While there I had them go ahead and do an oil change... and front-end alignment. With zero battery issues. 7/9 Picked the vehicle up according to the checklist everything else was fine. 7/10 The following day my car would not start, and I had to jump the vehicle 7/11 Monday again had to jump start my car, causing me to be late for work, took it back to Don Moore, showed them the check list, the Service manager, Cody, told me I had a faulty battery and changed the check mark from good to replace (two different color inks) and refused to admit fault or take responsibility for the “all of a sudden” bad battery. When I dropped my vehicle off the odometer read 88563, when I picked it up 7/10 it had 88587, they had “test driven” it 24 miles.
I made an offer to saleman, Brett via email, Brett accepted. So, I drive to Owensboro and begin paperwork. On the purchase documentation, I notice the... sale price stated is the original price. I told them to make the correction, they balked and told me I misunderstood price. I showed them the email communication showing they accepted my offer and that was all I would be paying for the car. So we are 45 minutes into processing paperwork and speaking to my bank on the phone. We are almost finished and a man comes out from the back of the office and says "they can't sell the Toyota Rav4 to me at the agreed upon price UNLESS I allow them to finance it. I refused and they told me I could just give Don Moore Toyota $288, the amount they would lose by not getting the financing. I told them that they suck, and I walked out. These salesmen think nothing of wasting your time, letting you drive in to finish the paperwork, only to bait and switch and change their mind if you don't keep coughing up more money for ridiculous services. I inquired about purchasing a detail job on my new vehicle and they said they offer a Simonize treatment where they put wax on by hand. They said I could get it done at a discount of $695. I told that they had to be kidding. Uh, no thank you Then I turned down the extended warranty and I think once it was clear they wouldn't be able to nickel/dime me, they just backed out of the sale and essentially told me to hit the road. Worst experience I have ever had, buying a car. Totally, completely humiliating.
Jeff with Don Moore internet dept was great to work with. He was very prompt on my inquiry for a price. The price he gave me beat 3 other dealers hands... down. I'm very happy with the customer service, dealership and car we bought. I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone looking for a new Honda, Toyota, or Nissan vehicle.

Got a call from the service dept about air bag recall. When we picked up the truck WE noticed several cracks in the dash. They weren't going to tell us.... After calling them out on this they said well that happens to older model vehicles and GM won't do anything about it. They made us an offer for us to but a new dash and they waive the labor! They are the ones that damaged it. Why in the world would I buy a new dash and let them put that in so they can crack that too! Glad this happened because I'm in the market for a new vehicle and will not buy from them!
