Wow, an honest used car lot where I got a good car at a good price with no hassles at all- I'm waiting for the other shoe to drop but I don't think it will! My wife and I had a great experience here and hope to enjoy our Land Cruiser for many years. I looked at 5 of these LCs and these guys had the most honest one that I could find, right in my back yard from Libertyville. Correct patina everywhere, nothing hidden or touched up from stem to stern. A good, honest car. Thanks guys.

I took my time to purchase a new used car: about 2 years browsing Cars.com. And I'm really glad I came to Fortune; they were radically different from what I was use to at other dealers. Before them, I had visited many other dealers, where the salesmen were always pushy: uncomfortably pressuring me to close sales on the spot. My experience at Fortune was completely different. I arrived anticipating the same, but to my surprise the salesmen were respectful and patient. I spent half a day there; just sitting, thinking about my purchase and studying the employees... these were honest workers in a good office atmosphere. At one point I even compared car prices with Dan on cars.com. I left the lot with a 2007 bmw 228i and a huge grin on my face. If you want to feel good about the price you pay and the car you purchase, come to these guys. They certainly got my business for life. And my car is exactly what I wanted.

I regret ever going to this place. I purchased an Infiniti QX 56 and it broke down the very next day. They promised to fix it but the day the truck was picked up, the service engine soon light came on. So frustrating. The service department became very nasty and I'm still having issues with the truck. They make you write a Cars.com review the same day of purchase, pathetic. Don't waste your time.

My experience here was great and satisfied with the vehicle, and will recommend friends and relatives.

I enjoyed working with the salesman very much. He was helpful and polite. I felt well taken care of. I really appreciate being able to talk with a mechanic directly as he was performing some maintenance on the vehicle. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and inviting in conversation. The only reason customer service was not excellent is because I had to wait a long time for repairs to be done and never had a good idea of how long the repairs would take. I didn't even know there were repairs to be made to the vehicle. However, I am glad that the repairs were made. A few glow plugs were replaced.
