I got some really great assistance buying my car here. I finished up the lease on my previous car and decided I wanted to buy. I’ve always loved European luxury cars but the price tag to buy them new was way to high. A friend from work suggested Statewide because they had a lot of what I was looking for in stock. I wasn’t disappointed. I worked with Jack and he was very helpful. I told him what I was looking for and he gave me a lot of options on my price range without trying to upsell me. I test drive 3 cars here but fell in love with a nice BMW 7 series. The price I paid was great, the buying process was simple, and I was out of there in just a few hours. Great overall experience.

I’m a long time customer of Statewide and thing they deserve 5 stars easily. They not only sold me my BMW which is my baby but they also do my regular maintenance and I appreciate all the effort they go to to make their customers happy. I always feel like I’m going to visit old friends when I go in to have work done here. They always remember me and they always take care of me cost wise. I’m happy I found this place and will keep coming back to them as long as they’re around. I highly, highly recommend.

It’s such a relief to have found such an honest and trustworthy dealership. I’ve been searching for a long time for a good used car but everywhere I’ve looked has had cars in bad condition or less than ideal sales people. Statewide was the opposite. Every car I saw looked great and their staff was very helpful. I ended up buying a car here and so far I’m loving it. I just wanted to take a second to write a review because I appreciate how lovely they were to work with. 5 stars.

I would highly recommend Statewide Auto. We had such an excellent customer service experience there. I feel like customer service is often lacking in the car business but here they still make it a priority. They are honest and clearly care about their customers. It was such a great experience purshasing my car here. They staff is a great team of people who do everything they can to make your transition into a new car an easy one.

A co-worker and friend bought a used car from Statewide about a year ago and said the experience was positive so when I started looking to get something new this was one of the places on my list. I headed out there last weekend to see what they had available and I was very impressed with the selection. The staff here made me feel very comfortable and I didn’t feel like I was being pushed or rushed into a decision. I even told them that I was going to head out and get some lunch to think it over and they were nice enough to recommend some spots near by. When I returned I decided I wasn’t going to find a better deal so went forward with buying. The process only took an hour which shocked me but was a nice change from the hours I’ve spent other places. So far I’m happy with the car and have nothing but good things to say about my experience.

The service you get at this place is so professional. The employees have great attitudes and genuinely seem to want to help. They answered every question I had without ever losing patience or making me feel rushed. I purchased my car here after my second visit. I love the car and had a very good experience buying it. I will be sure to recommend them to anyone I know who’s looking for a car. I enjoyed shopping here so much!

I shopped around for awhile with other dealerships before I came here but these guys were the only ones who took me seriously and listened to my concerns. Everyone here was just so fantastic. This is the first used car I’ve ever bought and I was nervous but they made both the shopping and financing process completely painless. I would definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a used car. They’re wonderful!

The service here is excellent. Not only did I buy my car from Statewide but I bring it in for servicing and every time I come in the staff is wonderful. They always inform me of what’s being done and I never feel like I’m being sold anything I don’t need. They have a great mechanic and a great sales team which is why I keep coming back. There are definitely closer places I could bring my car in but these guys always take care of my family and I. One of the best experiences I’ve had with a dealership. I highly recommend them.

My experience with Statewide was great. The car I bought looked and drove even better than the ad. The price was amazing. Best deal I’ve found anywhere. They also got me a great financing option. This was easily the best experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this dealership. Very helpful staff and I will check in here again the next time I’m looking for a car.

I bought a car from Statewide roughly about 6 months ago. I didn?t expect much because honestly the car I wanted to look at their had a price I almost couldn?t believe. I went in kind of expecting bad news but they surprised me at every turn. Not only was the car I wanted available but the mileage, general body shape, and price were exactly as advertised. They?re sales team was very friendly and when I went to buy the car the process of buying took very little time compared to what I have seen in the past with other companies. I don?t have a single complaint. It?s nice to find a company who gives you exactly what you?re expecting. 5 stars all the way.
