Don't buy nothing here
Went to look at a red Chevy àvalanche and the pictures showed the car extremely clean got there and the inside was beat to xxxx if it was pictures of the dash I wouldn't of even wasted my time. Then checked out the other Chevy àvalanche they had and it wasn't no better had to jump it just to get it started and the engine was knocking we just left would never go there again with no warranty vehicles your going to take a lost buying from here
Buyer beware!!! Worst experience of my life. If I could give my experience with them a "0" I would. They don't stand behind their word!!

The entire process was skeptical from the beginning. My sales agent was Brett. I came in to purchase a used pickup truck because I lost my house, and nearly everything else two weeks prior to catastrophic flooding. While waiting, Brett took personal calls that escalated in hostility to the point of where it felt right to leave the room. During the process, I was asked to do everything in the purchasing process. Wasn't really sure what he did besides take personal calls at the desk. After purchasing the vehicle, I was asked to purchase my tags and registration due to the fact it was an out-of-state purchase. After roughly 25 days the brake system in the truck he sold me is entirely shot. The truck bed cover was not properly installed and fell off while driving on the highway. I now have this vehicle at the local mechanics shop for its initial inspection and the mechanic reported back to me that the vehicle is no where near able to pass inspection. The hidden/disguised rust alone almost did not pass. On top of dealing with total losses from this flood I now have to deal with a dealership that burned me on my only vehicle that was covered during the flood to be in the shop. Be very wary of the 200mile warranty, because my truck made it just 500 and was told by the mechanic that it's a heap. There's a fine line from selling used cars and legal lemons. So yes. overall not satisfied with anything from this purchase.

Sales staff was great!! I’m so happy with my purchase! No haggle experience. No pushy used car salesman. Lots of cars to choose from. I will be back for my grandsons car.

Unfathomable lack of integrity, even for a used car dealership. I spoke with JT and asked to place a hold a on a vehicle while I figured out how to add it my insurance, the owner Brett said "we'll hold it". I Less than an hour later, and they sold it in the meantime. Wasted hours of my time. JT blames Brett, but he also did not call me back with any of this information. I drove an hour to get to these guys to drive away with a car, and I really cannot comprehend how scummy this was.
Walking into this dealership was the biggest waste of time. I walk in the owner Brett greets me by saying all the cars tire pressure gauges are broken there is no bargaining and you can’t take the car to your mechanic. I was a bit shocked by my welcoming but then I proceeded to check out one of the vehicles it was nice but I had some concerns so I sat down to talk it out with him he kept saying he checked it out himself and there is nothing wrong with it and I told him all the problems I saw like a broken navigation screen, broken sunroof, broken ac and he stubbornly told me everything works fine. This guy is a liar and a thief please don’t walk in there. Save yourself some time.

HE IS CURRENTLY TRYING TO STEAL MY $2500 DEPOSIT BECAUSE HE SAYS I BACKED OUT OF THE DEAL WHEN IN REALITY, UPON SECOND VIEWING OF THE CAR BEFORE DELIVERY, HE ADVISED ME THAT THE SUNROOF DOESN'T WORK AND I SHOULD NOT EVEN TRY TO FIX IT CUZ IT'LL JUST COST ME A FORTUNE. LIKE EVERY OTHER BEAT UP PIECE OF GARBAGE ON HIS LOT THIS CAR NOT ONLY HAD A BROKEN SUNROOF, THERE WAS ALSO SMOKE COMING FROM UNDER THE HOOD. THEY DON'T EVN CLEAN THE VEHICLES BEFORE PUTTING THEM UP FOR SALE. ALL THE CARS LOOK AWFUL!!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!
Abe was nice and he took the time to explain the pros and cons of each car I looked at. Would visit this dealer again.
New experience for me
We are shopping for a used Jeep. I haven't shopped for a used car since I got my first car 35 years ago and bought it from someone in my neighborhood. This is different. We only went to look at one Jeep they had. The show room is empty except for one desk. It's just a few guys hanging around in jeans and t-shirts. I figured, that's Ok, whatever cuts the cost of the cars works for me. Unfortunately, the Jeep we looked at was really worn looking and wasn't for us so we didn't even test drive it. No pressure from the salesman. Just realize this is not your typical dealer.
