Sold a vehicle last weekend and told that there’s a 1000 mile warranty. No conditions of the warranty were discussed (or hoped needed). Well on Wednesday... we noticed the heat wasn’t working, which is covered under the warranty. We drove out of town to purchase the vehicle (2 hour drive each way) and when we called to report the issue they refused to make any reasonable accommodations. We had the vehicle looked at on our dollar (fully inspected) put $1900 in on Thursday however the heat issue they were unable to resolve and said we need to have the manufacturer’s dealership look at it. I explained this to the owner and he refused to honor the warranty or pay for the repairs.
Not only did they have the exact truck I’ve been looking for but they went above and beyond to help me get in the drivers seat. From the initial call checking... to see if the truck was still available to closing the deal I have no complaints excellent place to buy a truck very straight forward team!
We realized we needed another truck for our business, so we looked around. We wanted to buy a cheaper one, with cash, and ended up seeing a Tundra at Ted's... close to our home. I looked up their reviews on Google, and since they have been in business for a long time, I felt a little more comfortable (we only buy from Toyota dealers). We went to test drive it, brought it in a shop for a quick over-view. Found that it needed a sensor replaced and new shocks and struts. We weighed the price for the new suspension, and thought we can make this work. After paying $12k for this truck, we are now BACK at the shop! Apparently someone removed the entire engine at one point, and put it back completely screwed up, wired it horribly. Had to get wires, sensors, shocks and struts. Ok, so there goes $2k. We get it back, and now the transmission isn't shifting, and MORE sensors are lighting up the check engine light. My husband went in soon after we purchased and told them about the problems, and they couldn't care less!!!! Now that I am digging more into this dealership, I am learning SO much about how things changed for the worse, and they are no longer a "good dealership". Lesson learned...we will never buy from dealer like this again!
Bought a car had multiple problem I told them within their 30 warranty and they refused to fix it and would not respond to my calls or texts messages.... I spent close to 800.00 dollars. The car needed double axels replaced, brakes, new fuel system, had no brake lights. Along with several other things they are nice till u buy the car then they don’t want to fix anything. Not to mention the interest rate he told me was 2 .5 percent higher at signing. I walked in thinking my credit was not good and it actually was very good so to scam me into a 15 percent interest rate was not cool and to sell me a car knowing I have 2 small children one being a newborn that needed double axels, brakes fuel system and brake light is just messed up. Then finally after my 30 day warranty was up they want to call me and say well it’s past the 30 days when they Phil New and saw and read my text messages and REFUSED TO RESPOND TO MY MESSAGES BUT WHEN THEY WANTED THE SALE HE WAS BLOWING MY PHONE UP.( my phone tells me sends me a notification when my texts messages are read) Not happy at all that 2 weeks after I BUY A CAR IM SUNKING close to 800.00 DOLLARS INTO IT. Not ding cool bad business FOR SURE. Then I send someone down there before all this occurred and from what she told me they were treated terribly and was trying to be forced into a car they did not want.
I couldn't be happier. These guys are second to none!!!! Keep up the great work,

I went into the dealership just to look at their cars and saw a black BMW 650I and liked the car .I spoke with the manager Joe Lentini who I found to be... professional and answered all of my question. I came back the next day with my wife and purchased the BMW. I can not say enough about how well the car was maintained and performs as Mr. Lentini told me it was. The sales staff and the mechanics at Teds sales are excellent and I have sent several friends there to purchase cars with the same results. They have done for me everything that I was told they would do and I will purchase my next car from Ted's auto sales. Thanks Mike Bloom m
