We were over and bought a 2011 Nissan Versa a couple weeks ago. First of all the man didnt let us drive it. Later I find out why. I went over and paid... for it then took it home. When i signed the paperwork is the 1st time we found out it had been wrecked. The salesman never said anything bout it. The drivers door window would not work. Had it fixed for 200.00. The cleanup we did was worth 150 just to be able to see out the windows. Then after 2 weeks of owning it the transmission will not work Take it to 3 mechanics and they all said it was junk. Now that's going to cost us whatever. We havent even gotten our title for it yet and it's no good. I dont know too many people who would be satisfied with this type of deal. I know I'm calling BBB and tell everyone I know NEVER to deal with BOBB's in Columbus Ohio. .

Let me start off by saying I'm appreciative that I was able to get a vehicle a week ago. My credit is not very good and I was needing one very badly. I... ended up paying much more than the vehicle was worth with an astronomical interest rate, but I anticipated that would happen. The problem lies with the buying experience. Do not expect any genuine friendliness or understanding of the position you are in. Once you walk through the doors, you are a dollar sign and possible commission. I understand basic sales tactics as I've worked in sales before. I expected those to be used. However, this place dials it up to 11. If they sense you are not going to purchase or have doubts about the price or need some time to think about it, they will turn on you in an instant. They will stretch the truth to put it kindly. When you ask a question, be prepared to take it with a huge grain of salt. I highly suggest doing some real time research to verify 3cwryth8ng they say. They will also tell you nearly anything to get that commission. Sometimes it doesn't even make sense why they tell you some of the things they do. The old adage that you catch more flies with honey does not apply here. I won't say not to use this place to get a vehicle, because sometimes you simply have no other choice. Just go in knowing that they are not there to help you or be your friend. Its all about the Benjamin's as they say. I truly hope I never have to return for any reason. The thought of having to walk through those doors again fills me with anxiety and honestly anger.
I was coming out of a bankruptcy. And was the easy experience buying a car I ever had and they delivered it to me all the way in Massachusetts and the... car was every thing they said it was and my wife also bought one from them great people
I have chosen to wait a few days to write a review for a few reason.I believe its important to know that when the new is not quite gone but you can almost... make yourself believe your not dreaming, that you know you had a good car buying experience. My car god name was Shawn, Shawn was busy helping a few other customers that day but you would of never known it by looking cause he floated though that lobby not missing a beat my sure we all was getting equal attention. What I havent told you about Shawn is he was there on his day off, which I dont know about you but that's says it all cause being amazing at your job when your schedule is difficult at time...but coming in our your day to because your schedule one appointment (that I later found out had wreak her car a days before) with this sweet lady who trusted shawn to make sure she left there a second time with a smile on her face after something so tragic, made my heart melt. Shawn could easily husband passed us on to another qualifying dealer but because he is so good at his job he seen right though when I assused him I was ok with talking to one of his co workers even tho he was the person I dealt with on the phone the week prior. Shawn said of course not If you will be patient with me I will be happy to assist you. He was worth the time that was spent, that lead my husband and I to have a 2019 Ford Fusion in our driveway. Without giving to much insight into me I will just say my husband nor I seen ourselves being able get a car from a car lot anytime soon because of credit and living pay check to check living in our hometown in Missouri. Fast forward to how Shawn was able to make this happen for us, My husband was given a opportunity about a year ago to take a job in west virgina working on the gas lines, so we pack up and took a chance on something we both had no clue about, so long story short we totalled our only vehicle and we was on our last day we could keep our rental. Needless to say we needed a car and Shawn didnt realized how much we appreciate how hard he fought for us to not only walk off that car lot with a car but be comfortable with doing so knowing we had no clue where to start walking in tho doors. So thank you Shawn for not only choseing to working your day off for a customer that needed you but for being there that day to make my car buying experience less stressful. So when I'm asked if bobb was worth driving two and a half hours after my husband working a long day, I would say it was worth every moment I thought it wasnt going to happen something was going to go wrong...and shawn would work his magic so that we was comfortable with making this life changing decision.
IM LOOKING FORWARD TO RECOMMENDING TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY THEY ARE GREAT SALES STAFF AND QUICK TO GET ANSWERS FOR ME. THEY QUICKLY FOUND ME FINANCING AND... MY SALES TEAM IS TOP NOTCH. I WILL BE PURCHASING MY NEW CAR NEXT WEEK..

I was unhappy with the pushiness of the sales man and being told that they only had one vehicle they could get me into. I did like the vehicle so I purchased.... A month after purchase they took an unauthorized $500 out of my bank and their response "were all human". They could have caused me overdraft fees and financial hardships but they obviously did not care. They just want to push you into a purchase and then they don't care about your satisfaction after they make a sale.
Shawn Barnes was GREAT, very willing to help me and show me several car's he showed me the best hidden deal on the side with little tiny miles which... turned out to be my car. Thank you I will be sending people your way with your award winning smile!!!
