RYAN CRUZ! RYAN CRUZ! RYAN CRUZ! It was meant to be! I see exactly why he received 5 stars!!!! Well deserved!!!! Purchased a vehicle on 8-31-24. Annette in financing was amazing! Matt, the manager, (I think) was awesome!!! Steven was awesome too!! Came with some humor which is always Lea called me on 9-2-24 to see how I was enjoying my car. She was very nice. That was the icing on the cake for me! I said I would never buy a car in Ocala but if I did, it would be at Automax because I heard so many good things about the place. Very professional, friendly, kind, helpful. Very smooth process!!!! OK! RYAN FROM QV!!!!!! I pray blessings over your life young man! You are truly amazing!!! KUDOS!
