John is absolutely the worst dealer ever! Run away as fast as you can. We called about a vehicle and scheduled a time to come look/buy, drove 1hr and a half , discussed all the paper work for the car. Agreed with John to return the next day to make a down payment half the total price and finance the other half. Got there the next day after driving same distance, was asked by John to go to a nearby post office to print out some of the paper work, I was only gone for less than 30 mins to print the stuff, got back and was told upon my return the car has been sold. Came back and saw them putting up the temp registration, and I was excited thinking it was meant for me, but was soon heartbroken to realize the car was sold to another lady literally in my presence!!! No apologies whatsoever was rendered, none for all the trouble it cost me, none for treating me unfairly, none for being dishonest. Very horrible customer service and full of lies. John lied the brake pad was recently changed but overheard the buyer saying it was rusted. And many more lies realized he had told. Do not do business with John, he is absolutely unreliable and untruthful.

No Reply
Like another reviewer, I reached out to discuss price before driving a few hours to buy a car. No reply at all. Even if they weren’t agreeable to my price, it doesn’t seem like there’s any upside to snubbing a potential customer.

Well sorry, you must be confusing me with another dealership. You want a price? All of our prices are clearly marked on our website, you never have to "Ask for a Price". If you come on to our dealership in person, the prices are clearly marked on the front windshield. There shouldn't be any confusion there. If you want discuss price, our phones are answered by a salesperson, not an answering service, during normal business hours six days a week, we even have an 800 toll free phone number. We don't not snub our customers or a potential customer either, we value our customers! And to put 1 star review out here where dealerships depends on great reviews just because there seems to be some confusion on what dealership you contacted is just inexcusable. We as a dealership go beyond to make sure our customers are satisfied!
Just the right deal
I seen a Rogue they had on the website, the test drive, the loan, and I was down the road with in an hour! John and Bill were great, no pressure. I came back 2mo. later for a check engine light, it was my fault, I left the gas cap lose, they explained everything, Alot better experience than at a big store. Thanks.

No Title and Plates almost 2 mo after purchase
I purchased a car from Autoland on February 9th and up until now (March 27th), I still have not received my title and plates. I have called several times and each time I call, I am told I'll receive the plates a day later. The owner, John, told me I would receive my title and plates yesterday and then today, and now he says I will receive it on Friday. The lack of transparency with respect to their business has been concerning to me. I strongly recommend anyone considering buying a car from Autoland to use their money elsewhere.

No Title/Plates 2 mo. after purchace

Everything went smooth as possible
I always hate the car buying process. I usually go with my guard up. John was very easy to work with. The car was great, the process smooth, he explained everything and answered all our questions. We got a great car at a great price, couldn't ask for more.

Great local dealer.
We just bough our third car from Auto land. They have great cars that are clean and well maintained. They respond questions in a timely manor, and their sales associates are not high pressure.

Awesome Dealership!
Just purchased my 4th car from John at Autoland. The whole process was a breeze and John answered all of my questions and took care of my concerns! If I ever have a problem with my vehicle, John always takes care of it! I have all of my service work done with them as well. If I'm looking for a certain vehicle then John will help me find it. Won't go anywhere else!
