When their ads say they "make you part of the family" they are not kidding! I have never been treated so well at any other car dealer, from the original purchase to follow up service appointments. I brought in my 2012 Rav4 for recall work that the previous owner had not taken care of. Every aspect of my interaction with this dealership was professional and courteous. Scheduling my appointment was very easy using their website. I called to make sure the appointment went through and the girl I spoke with was very nice. She informed me that it would take a few hours to complete my requested work. I made arrangements to have someone follow me there and bring me home. I worked with Anthony in the service department and he was great. He called me to inform me that I needed new windshield wiper blades and that there was no labor charge to install. On top of the no labor, the blades were comparatively priced. Cherry on top!

They made shopping for a new car easy. We did our research on pricing and they gave up a great price without all the games that dealers usually like to play.
