This dealership bent over BACKWARD to facilitate my vehicle purchase. I was flying in from Kansas and my flight was delayed. They still sent a gentleman to pick me up at the airport which was about 2 hours away, and I arrived at the dealership @ 8 pm. The salesperson, James Howard, left his house to close the sale at that hour, had everything ready prior to getting there, recommended a great restaurant nearby, and was polite and courteous, accommodating, and helpful. I felt he really cared about helping me and getting me exactly what I needed. On top of that, their price was extremely competitive for the quality, mileage, and features of the car. They really couldn?t be beat! All of the reviews I read about this place being extremely customer-oriented were true. You won?t be sorry if you choose this dealership.

On November 4, 2016, my wife and I purchased a certified pre-owned Hyundai Elantra. We had researched this vehicle on Thomas Subaru's website, which was easy to navigate and very informative. Upon arriving at the dealership we were greeted warmly by the manager, Roman Spriggs, and introduced to our sales associated Jaison Gehauf. Jason was very welcoming and accommodating, and walked us through the entire process. My credit union had never dealt with Thomas Subaru and they actually required numerous documents -- including a copy of their business license and dealer's license; yet Jaison was all too happy to meet these requirements. Once financing was secured we were allowed to take our vehicle home and we received several follow-up emails from Jaison to ensure we were satisfied with our purchase and the service provided by the dealership. Not only are we happy with our Elantra but we are thrilled with the commitment and concern we received from Jaison and the other staff at Thomas Subaru. I returned to the Thomas dealership because I had been satisfied with the service received following a previous purchase in 2006. James Howard and all employees that I met 11/1 were courteous, informative and helpful. James explained many of the new features of the 2016 models very systematically during the test drives. He reviewed the details of the car manual with me and offered personalized assistance and an answer for every question I had. When he discovered that I had forgotten to transfer a few items from my original car to my new vehicle, he retrieved them for me and sent them to me by mail. He was an "outstanding" sales consultant for Thomas Subaru.

A little far to travel, but IT WAS WORTH IT! Drove off with a 2017 Forest Green Outback Touring! A magnificent vehicle! Fair price was given for my trade, and the sales man, Jonathan Meadors couldn't have been more helpful. He was intricately familiar with the workings of the car and put my old head at ease working such a technical marvel! We reached a good deal, and everybody was happy all around! Thanks to Seth Loar for the financing info and the help with my responsibilities once back in PA! Very pleasant dealership, great car, great place to buy a Subaru!

Thomas Subaru Cumberland has been one of the best dealerships that I have dealt with, in many aspects. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable, never pushy or trying to talk you into a vehicle they want to sell. Our sales person was Amanda Roth, with whom I have purchased vehicles from in the past, and she was very considerate of our needs and was willing to help in every way possible to get us the vehicle we needed. I will be a return customer for any of my future vehicle needs.

I have been looking for a 2014 World Rally Blue hatchback for quite some time, they stopped making these in 2014 so they get sold very quickly. (Prior to the one I bought, 4 others slipped through my fingers before I could see them.) When I found one at Thomas Subaru I contacted the dealership around 10:30 pm. Mike Mace replied via email at 10:39pm, to me this showed their dedication to customer service as they were communicating with customers at such a late hour. He allowed me to put a deposit/ hold on the vehicle which other dealerships wouldn't allow. I was set to view the vehicle on that Saturday, something came up and I couldn't come by. Mike graciously held the vehicle for me until the following Tuesday. Once I arrived at the dealership I met Mike and he introduced me to Amanda Roth, to assist in a test drive. Amanda is awesome, she is an sti driver as well and knows a lot about the vehicle. She took me on a great test drive route and explained some of the many features of the vehicle. I really like the no haggle price that Thomas Subaru offers (it was the same price that was advertised on their site) so there wasn't any funny business. Once I decided to purchase the vehicle I met with Brett Files who had me in and out in 20 minutes. I had an awesome expierience with the team at Thomas Subaru and love my Sti! And if you're looking for a WRX or Sti request to work with Amanda, she rocks!

I inquired about a newly listed WRX that I saw on the lot via the website. Mike was very helpful. He gave me all the details on the car without pressuring me. When I returned to the lot to test drive the car, Johnathan at Thomas Subaru was awesome! He made the test drive and the purchase painless. I have never had such a pleasant experience buying a new car. He was fast and efficient and very courteous.
