Couldn’t leave a 0 or I would have!! Had some warranty work done on my 2020 Jeep Wrangler. Needed the auxiliary battery replaced. It’s been a bit since the service was done, while I was spraying off the Jeep I noticed a push in rivet hanging out of the right front wheel well. So I pushed it back in which it didn’t stay. Then I check the other 3 wheel wells and the rivets are not the same as the front right. So they took off the plastic on front right but didn’t replace it back to factory rivets. Didn’t bother to tell me they did this either. Needless to say I’m a little pissed off and will NEVER have service work done at Champion again!!

So I went in after only having my vehicle for less than a week with a concern on my vehicle that the air pressure was not reading and I was informed by the sales guy Todd Greene that he would not help me at all even tho at the time of sales he told me theirs nothing wrong with the Jeep. And he told me to ignore it and that he was not informed anything was wrong with the sensors so to u all I have to say is that is poor sales men ship and I will not ever buy another vehicle from u. Service dept is great tho and very polite. And thanks to discount for my new sensors.

I went into the dealership on 1/5/22 waited 20 minutes to be acknowledged while two other people obtained help before me. However, I was there first but was arguing with the service guy about what I scheduled the appointment for (he claimed for a headrest, but it was for an electrical problem with my van doors). Soren was very mean and aggressive, standing up over me, very angry, puffing out his chest to intimidate me, asking, "do you have a problem with me?". I didn't want any issues as I'm a 5"1 female who doesn't like confrontation. All of this happened after I returned to the dealership from picking up my children from daycare- because I spent almost the entire day at the dealership waiting for my vehicle to be looked at, although I scheduled a 9:00 am appointment for which I arrived a few minutes early. So after wasting my day, I left but tried calling to confirm the status of my vehicle,it upset the service rep. I sat at the dealership practically the entire day for a 9:00 am appointment for which I previously had scheduled and arrived early. Very unsettling encounter and experience, but Phil was excellent and did everything to rectify the situation. But once Phil left the area, Soren approached me unnecessarily, although Phil was already helping. If I was male, I don't think I would've experienced the same treatment.
Team was very low pressure and kept me up to date on everything. Inspected and fixed several items in the truck before putting it up for sale.

Don’t waste your time
They posted price on here of $58,900 and when working out deal it was really $67297. Typical dealer trap to get you in. Wasted a lot of time for nothing.

They sold me a pile of garbage, plain and simple. They left out that it didn't have heat, had a blown head gasket, and had internal engine damage from said gasket. It was smart of Jake the salesman to drive the truck around the lot first. It allowed that thick as sludge they poured into the engine to quiet it down as I test drove it. Next morning, it was knocking like crazy on a cold start. Matt got in touch we me on Saturday saying that they'd make it right... On Monday that suddenly went out the window because Pat told me "tough xxxx" I signed paperwork. Even though it very clearly isn't listen in their "assessment". Typical shady xxxxhole dealership, don't come here.
Awesome experience buying my RAM 1500 from Champion! Sean our sales rep was honest, down to earth, easy going. He saved me money on insurance, got me a great rate for financing my truck, and overall made the experience great! Wish all sales guys were like Sean!
