The awesome team at Autocenters Bonne Terre was phenomenal in making my deal for my dream car Kevin, Quinton, and Jeremy I felt when above and beyond to get the deal for my car done.

Not what they used to be..

Let me start by saying I have bought 5 vehicles from this dealership and never thought after being a loyal customer that I would be leaving a negative review. Bought a new vehicle in February for my wife, vehicle had 2 lights illuminated on the dash...dealership was aware of it and acted as if they knew the solution. We filled out the "we owe" sheet with the 2 lights being listed as owed to be fixed by the dealer. They put the vehicle in their shop first and replaced one part (the one they thought would fix it) and it did not fix the dash light issue so they said it would need to go to a Dodge dealer as the autocenters mechanics could not diagnose it further. It was taken to Pettus in Desoto and it was determined the vehicle would need an ABS control module. Part was ordered on behalf of AutoCenters and arrived a month later...we are now 3 months into owning the vehicle. The part gets put on at Pettus and after a week of driving, the light on the dash is still illuminated. I made a few phone calls for the manager and no callback. I was finally able to reach him a week or so later and was quite surprised and disappointed at the lack of concern I received, especially after having bought 5 vehicles from them and thinking we had more of a decent working relationship. I was pretty much told that AutoCenters had put too much money into the problem thus far (even though they listed the vehicle for sale with known issues) and that this issue was now between me and the dealer that put the last part on it. I tried to explain that they did not hold up their part of the "we owe" sheet and was quickly given some Grade A dealership escape tactic answer. What they don't know is what I have spent in my own money trying to help them and myself to repair this issue with the least amount of money out on each of us. It didn't matter to them at the end of the day; I was told I would hear back from Kevin and I to this day, several weeks later, have not. I am beyond disappointed and can easily say I will NOT be purchasing a 6th vehicle from them and I will make every attempt possible to spread this story so that others don't have to go through the run around as we did.

The best transparent service I’ve ever received!

I live in Massachusetts and was searching across the country for a very specific truck without getting price gouged. Autocenters had what I was looking for with a great price tag! I dealt with Aaron and I can honestly say I have never dealt with a better salesman in my life. I spent about a month to make the deal happen because buying an out of state vehicle and having it transported in Mass is a much bigger deal then I expected. Most salespeople would’ve gotten fed up after a week of dealing with the process. Aaron went above and beyond to go over every detail on the truck including an awesome video call. He handled all the back and forth with me and my insurance company to make this happen, we were in touch almost every day for a month. Not once did he ever get annoyed or sick of me even when multiple transport companies kept cancelling, he always had a fantastic attitude. You do not find that kind of service at all here in the Boston area. Complete honesty and transparency this truck was exactly what he said it was. It’s a 2016 and it’s in such amazing condition many people that have seen it have mistaken it for a new 2022. If you are on the fence of buying from Autocenters even if you’re from out of state do yourself a favor and do it you will not regret it. Aaron will take great care of you.

Horrible customer service

We had filed a credit application and negotiated the sale of a truck over the phone for a week prior to driving there. Was in constant contact with the salesman. We arranged to drive there Friday, April 9th. Because it is about 1.5 hours from our house, we used some PTO for work and arranged childcare. Alerted the salesman that we were on our way and that our ETA was 6:15pm. At 5:23pm the salesman informed us that there was another customer test driving the truck. Even though we had arranged an appointment to come and do the paperwork to purchase the truck, they sold it out from under us on our drive to the dealership. The manager was useless and brushed it off. We were also told that we shouldn't be upset by this. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Would never buy a vehicle from a company that treats people this way.

Worst car buying experience

Bought a car,told the dealer i was filing bankruptcy. When the finance co called me 10 days after I had the car.They asked if I was. I didnt lie. They backed out of the contract 2 weeks after I purchased the car. Now Auto Centers is keeping my 1100 down payment from me. Even though they have the car back. They are charging me 30 a day,even though I had a contract.Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Great Customer Service

Even though they were unable to help us due to no money for a down payment, we still found our salesman Josh to be very pleasant and not at all pushy. We loved the car he picked out, our daughter is considering purchasing a vehicle due to our great experience. The facility was jam packed the Saturday we went and the wait was a little extensive only to be disappointed buuuut so is life . All in all we had a great experience and will still recommend family and friends.

These guys are great!!!!!

I was searching for three months for a Chevy Tahoe LT. I looked everywhere in my area with out any luck. I checked these guys out on Cars.com and then on their website. What I found out was that their price was fair and the customer service was out of this world. I even met the General manager. I have been to alot of big dealerships in Saint Louis and have never met the man behind the curtains. I had a check engine light come on and called Andrew my salesman and he was more than happy to get my Tahoe into their shop to check it out, even though I did not purchase a extended service contract. It turned out just to be a O2 sensor. I have been driving it now for a couple of months and I am very happy with my purchase!!!!!

Diesel Truck Country!!!

I have been looking for 5.9 Cummins for months that has not been tore up. I found these guys on the internet. They have a bunch of diesel trucks and they knew what they were talking about when I asked questions about their trucks. I found they have a Dodge master mechanic that takes care of all of their vehicles. That made feel alot better since I did not have any experience with them. I would recommend anyone to go in there and check up out!!!
