I had an appointment for a service and they didn’t have

I had an appointment for a service and they didn’t have the part!!! Why would you not have the part when I have an appointment!! This was a horrible visit. I would never recommend JT Kia for anything!!

It was 5 star service all the way up to the finance guy.

It was 5 star service all the way up to the finance guy. That’s why I took off 1 from my rating. I would give everyone else 5 stars!!! The Finance guy pushed extra warranty and tried to make you feel stupid for not choosing what he wanted you to choose. Very unprofessional!!!!!!! I almost walked out. If it wasn’t for the Salesman “Billy” I would have. Overall great dealership and great Salesman! The finance guy definitely needs some training on customer service and respect of others. We have purchased 3 cars from this dealership and drove 1 hour and 45 minutes that tells you how much we like the care and service of this Dealership.

Purchased a K5, was one of the most pleasant experiences

Purchased a K5, was one of the most pleasant experiences at a dealership. From the moment I walked into the dealership I received kind greeting and prompt attention. Montrel, the salesperson who assisted me, deserves particular praise for his professionalism and customer service. Montrel was great to work with. He was personable, knowledgeable and a pleasure all around. I appreciated his transparency throughout the negotiations, no hassle, didn't try to sell me what I didn't need or want. Montrel did a really great job with listening to want I wanted, and he made it happen. He went over everything in the car with my wife and made sure she learns all features about the Car. If you want a great car at a fair price, JT’s Kia is the place to go. A professional place to shop. I will recommend JT's Kia in Rock Hill to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

KIA CORPORATION states that each dealership administer their own rewards program. Therefore, there is no continuity throughtout under the KIA Brand, not even throughout the 3 JT'S Dealerships. I suggest that EACH DEALERSHIP PROVIDE written materials to customers in order to avoid any BAIT AND SWITCH complaints under the Federal Consumer Protection Act or class action legislation.

Just picked up my new ride from JT's KIA of rock hill.

Just picked up my new ride from JT's KIA of rock hill. Got a great deal, was one of the most pleasant experiences at a dealership. I am telling you the people are great. If you're looking for a great experience at a dealership, please give them a try. Ask for Buster, he's a great Manager or William (Bill) Addison is a great Salesman. They will take good care of you.

think twice before going to J T KIA Rock Hill since that is where I took my vehicle for all services and they would not help me with the locked engine even though there is a class action lawsuit on the 4 cyl. replacing the engines for the same issue. The service department is terrible and also management at this location. This was my first Kia and my last.

I have already spoken with management and the service department. This issue started at the beginning of February and the response from JT.Kia has been the same. It is my understanding that there is numerous amounts of vehicles on the lot with blown engines just like mine. I am sure the dealship is sitting on these with no help for those customers. I also went through a month of talks with Kia motors customer care. They are a complete wasre of time. I do not know why i was even given there number. I stand by my complaints that the dealership does not stand behind what they are selling. They also do not stand by repairs in the service department.

NEVER BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!

NEVER BUY FROM THESE CROOKS! My engine blew due to a recall issue! They blamed me and told me it would cost $9K to replace the engine! Said I ran the engine with no oil, only EVERY TIME THE OIL WAS CHECKED, IT WAS FULL!! It took 4 months and KIA ESCALATIONS to get my car fixed. They lied to me, they lied to escalations (ON A RECORDED LINE!) Escalations kept telling them "Send us the invoice and fix his car!" They kept making excuses! UNTIL escalations got their District Manager involved THEN, SUDDENLY! SHOCKER! It WAS a RECALL ISSUE! They sent the invoice in and got a new engine. Took less than a week after FOUR MONTHS of fighting with them! Absolutely incompetent staff. Which I'm sure, they are only doing what the crooks above them told them to do! So, RUN from that dealership! I used to be a longtime Kia fan and owner. I WILL NEVER own another! I wouldn't buy a tricycle from this dealership. They'd sell it with no front tire and then claim I LOST IT! I tell everyone I meet what a terrible, horrible and dishonest place this is!

We sold our car here using the KBB cash offer.

We sold our car here using the KBB cash offer. We spoke with Taylor on the phone and Buster in person. They gave us exactly what KBB had quoted us and treated us with respect (unlike other dealerships who wasted our time). They were so kind and we will be back next time we’re looking to buy a car!
