Ordered my Transit with specific towing, gearing, length, roof height and engine capacity requirements. Peter was there all the way to make this possible. Enthusiasm and energy for this special project build was above and beyond the call of duty. I would recommend Sanders Ford to anyone interested doing something that was not exactly "off the shelf". Expressed my intentions up front and the team took it to heart right away to make it happen. After 30 years with IBM in the field I have a pretty good idea what it takes to provide to achieve excellent service. These guys have what it takes!

My wife and I wanted to purchase a new Ford Fiesta and were greeted by Brandon Lattimore upon arrival at Sanders Ford. We got a great deal on it and the customer service was spectacular. Military rebates too. The process didn't take nearly as long as the last time we bought a car and we even got a $75 gift card for service. Highly recommend Sanders if you're looking for a new auto.

when I came to Sanders Ford in Swansboro my salesperson (Greg Dawson) greeted me right away and was very friendly.he asked me what I was looking for and I told him what I wanted and he was able to locate what I wanted and for the price I was looking for. During the finance at first I was not happy with the interest rate and he ask me to drive the vehicle overnight to ensure I was happy with the vehicle and so they could work on getting a better rate for me. The next day they called me with a rate that I was more than happy with and a lower payment that put me in the price range that I wanted. They gave me a great price on my trade in as well. I will absolutely return to sanders ford in the future. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. The overall staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during my time at sanders ford.

We recently purchased a new vehicle from Sanders Ford. This is the second vehicle we have purchsed from them. The salesman (Michael Allen) was very professional and was eager to find the vehicle we wanted without pressuring us. Michael was a pleasure to work with and very knowlegable on every aspect of the two vehicles we test drove. We will come back for future purchases.

This is my second purchase from a sanders ford dealership. I was helped by Damon, Ralph, and Joe. It was an excellent car buying experience. No hassle or pressure from the sales reps. I asked for all info up front and it was delivered within 15 minutes. I recommend this dealership for anybody looking for a new Ford.

I just wanted to pass on that I would return to purchase another vehicle from Sanders Ford with no hesitation. The sales person, Mike Peterson, was walking through the lot as I was looking for a certain vehicle they had advertised on their web site. The vehicle was not on the lot but was at another location of theirs. He immediately asked me if I wanted to take the 20-25 minute trip to see the vehicle, which I did. Once we arrived and found the 2008 Mustang I was looking for, he took care of getting the keys and we went on the test ride. Afterwards, I decided I like the car enough to purchase it. Everything was explained to me and I had my "new" Mustang purchased. There was an issue with the heat/AC fan motor making a noise when it was first turned on. He said they would fix or replace the problem, which they did very quickly. The car was ready 2 days later, as promised, and I was very happy to see the nice work they did to detail the car completely, with a full tank of gas. Again, I was very happy with the entire process and will be going to their dealership first the next time I am going to purchase another vehicle. I have a feeling the Mike Peterson has repeat customers by the way he treats them and that he deserves a raise, before another dealership finds out about him.
