Relaxed sales experience. Dealer went extra mile

Had a good relaxed experience negotiating a price. PomCar inspection didn’t show up so Mr. Henne took the van to Firestone for an inspection. Dealer found an issue and Henne took care of it. When I arrived from the airport we reviewed the inspection and I left with the knowledge I had made a good purchase. I feel like Henne went the extra mile to resolve any concerns and make feel confident I had made the right choice.

DISHONEST DEALER

Was trying to purchase a used truck from Ryan at Henne Distributing.Was told delivery to Omaha no problem. Attempted to place funds on truck purchase but was refused.Truck to be delivered on 10 October,of course never received nor called .Tried 4 times to contact Ryan and no call ever returned .IT is a shame a small town dealer with few vehicles treats people in this manner and lies and tells tales .To wait for vehicle delivery did cause a great deal of problems .WE always try to buy from small dealers on line and NEVER have been problems except with this dealer and will not use this site any more to find our trucks , as two trucks needed at present

Did not purchase a car here, because it was over 800 mi. away. However I received several emails, and it seemed with a genuine concern for my finding a car. Wish my local dealers were as prompt and sincere. JC

Great Experience

I got a good truck and had a great experience in buying a used fleet truck from Henne. I would recommend them to friends and will go back if I'm in the market again for something similar.

Honesty isn"t Henne's policy.

I contacted Mr. Henne to purchase one of the two F-150 crew cabs he had advertised on cars.com. He told me where he got them and what he had repaired on them, He said he did a transmission flush and an oil change on both trucks. I had checked his reviews earlier and found 1 good & 1 bad. I drove 3 hours to his dealership to purchase one. When I checked out the 2006 truck there was no oil on the dip-stick. The oil filter had also not been changed recently. I asked him again about the oil change and he said it had been done only a few days ago. I told it had not been done recently and after checking his records he admitted it had not been done, but said there was no oil leak. Again I showed him the dry dip-stick and he asked me if I wanted to drive it. I suggested he should check for leaks and change the oil. I left his trucks and bought at the next lot I went to. P.S. His office REEKS of cat urine. FYI.

Dishonest dealer....do not buy vehicle from Henne

I purchased a vehicle for my daughter here and was lied to and cheated by the owner. He said repairs were made to the car prior to our buying it and after I followed up with the mechanic I learned that the repairs were never done. The gas tank had a leak which I discovered when I left his lot and tried to fill up with gas. Mr. Henne said he would repair this problem and he kept the car a day or two and said the problem was fixed. It was not. I ended up bringing the car to my own mechanic who said that Mr. Henne had not done anything to the car and I ended up having to replace the gas tank. I would not recommend anyone buying anything from him. He is dishonest and lies about the condition of cars and about work that has supposedly been done.
