SOLD A BROKEN TRUCK THEY ADVERTISED AS PERFECT CONDITION, AND DID NOTHING ABOUT IT AFTERWARDS!!! Update: Called Richard yesterday, the head guy of ReadyLift that stated to us that the lift had issues. He sent a new crossmember and stated it needed to be installed. It was not installed on truck based on Richard's recommendation. The dealer stated that it was suggested but not required. However, after talking to Rich, he stated it cost him $400 to send it. He was very adament that he would not have sent it had it not needed to be put on due to the cost. When I called the dealership to talk to them about it, the GM Brandon Erlichman refused to even talk to me. Instead of getting on the phone and talking to me about the situation, he had another employee tell me they will do nothing about it. Not only is this dealership a scammy business, but Brandon Erlichman is a coward to not even be willing to discuss the fact they sold me a broken vehicle and made it worse by trying to fix it. It is unbelievable that a dealership would admittedly sell a car that should not have been sold in the condition it was in, and refuse to do anything about it afterwards. And to make matters worse, refuse to even talk to me about it afterwards. Simply stating, "there's nothing we are going to do to fix the problem." I bought a lifted 2025 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4 from this dealership about a month ago. Within a couple of days, I noticed some clunking sound coming from the rear suspension. I know that with lift kits, the bolts need to be retorqued so no big deal. I took it to Twisted Pro in St Augustine to get the truck retorqued, where they noticed that there were significant problems to the entire lift kit. I contacted the dealership about the issue, and after some reluctance they agreed to take a look at it. One of the head guys from ReadyLift came out to inspect it as well, where he said the problems were not caused by me driving it for the couple weeks I had it and sent new parts to fix the issue. Audi agreed to install the parts. After completion, they took it back to Twisted Pro for it to be aligned (which Audi refused to pay for) and it is in worse condition than before. Now there is frame damage to the vehicle and is currently not driveable safely due to the frame damage. After contacting Audi again, Rob Spiewak, the service manager, had the audacity to call Twisted Pro liars, stating that the truck was in perfect condition. I was shown the damage to the frame by Twisted Pro, and it is clear that it is in worse condition now than it was before and Audi is refusing to do anything about it. Audi has admitted that they are not certified to work on lifted vehicles, yet they stated they would install the parts. Audi also admitted that they do not know what to look for upon inspecting lifted vehicles, yet they put it on their lot to sell advertising it as great condition without truly knowing. The vehicle should not have been sold as it is and the dealership is refusing to take any responsibility for selling a broken vehicle to me.

They listed a car for 25k..I sent them my credit ap, then they say the car is 29k,and they never had it listed for 25k. I have pictures of it online at 25k, they are very dishonest, I would avoid this place 100% Just read the reviews! They laughed and basically called me a liar and I didn't know what I was talking about. again, just read all their pathetic reviews. Then buy your car somewhere else! the manager Mike was the one I was dealing with, he had some guy in the background cheering him on with the lies. you should both be ashamed of yourselves. just another dishonest car lot. I kept getting calls, but I couldn't understand Brittany Carter, she acted like she was being forced to call and only had 30 seconds to talk. Thanks for the horrible experience from the manager Mike! and I told ya so well deserved review.

Dealership is a competent and honorable establishment. They honored the original deal with no add-ons. The General Sales Manager, Mike Gargano was extremely helpful and went above and beyond the call of duty. He helped us navigate through mobile phone apps and complete a wire transfer smoothly. Not only was he competent, but he had a personable approach. A very good guy!!! We will buy our next car from Audi of Orange Park We are very pleased with our Q7. It is exceeding our expectations.

Very bizarre organization. I have made several online inquires about a 2017 Acura NSX through Cars.com and their own website. I have contacted them through their texting service. I have called them directly multiple times during working hours over the past 3 days….nothing, no salesman, no email or text response. This tells me the buying process is going to be fraught with problems. I’ll take it as a sign to STAY AWAY.

Worked with Cole and he was perfect. He answered every question, was easy to communicate our needs to, and made sure we found the perfect car for us. This is our second car from here and I have only had great experiences.

The Service scheduled and received was prompt and courteous. Offered a loaner vehicle at time of appointment but since service was scheduled than taking them up on that wasn't necessary. I had done that in the past.

Disappointing experience with sales managers and store manager for an out of state buyer. Zero follow-up and the typical used car games. Told me they sold the car during our negotiations. Turns out they didn’t sell it, but wanted me to pay full asking price, even after we negotiated money off the vehicle yesterday. Ridiculous. Don’t bother.

FALSE ADVERTISING! Based on their Google PPC ad. Ad states that they will buy your vehicle for $500 over KBB Max price. No disclaimers. We entered their dealership to sell our 2018 Luxury vehicle in excellent condition with Less than 15k miles. Management was extremely rude and told us that they didn’t want to buy our car. Even after showing them their ad, and stating that they are guilty of false advertising, they offered us $16,500 even though they knew that was extremely low and did so just to get us to leave. KBB max price for our car is $21,320. Based on their ad, they should have offered $21,820 for the vehicle. Typical bait and switch manouver. Not sure if they treat everyone this way or if it’s because we have a hispanic last name. Either way, the FTC and a local attorney needs to look into this.

Hanania has recently hired a whole new staff at 2 of their stores. Their service is timely and fair, and they provide complimentary loaners and shuttle service. Thank you for your friendly staff and taking care of my car. Thank you, Chelsea, for making sure all my needs were met.
