I bought a range rover, by the time i got home i was having suspension issues. I immediately told the sale manager and he said hell take care of it. Less... than a month later he sent me to his repair center and gave me my less than 2 hours stating it was fix. I have video recordings showing the car was giving an error message.. i also didn't receive my registration and its over two months. So I'm driving with an expired registration . Owner call the police when i started to Express my concerns. Gold coast motorsports had me paying for my old car that i traded in. I still have received the difference for the pay off. And i had to pay for a diagnostic from a reputable dealership which showed i need to replace my axle. Under the lemon law its gold coast motorsports responsibility to fix it and he refused and i have it on video recordings
Damien, Kareem, Edison and Mike we’re all fantastic and made a normally stressful experience nothing but a piece of cake. Would highly recommend to anyone... looking for new or used vehicles. Super happy about your experience and our new car!
My husband and I dread car buying and have had bad experiences with pushy salesmen in the past at different dealerships. To our relief every single employee... at Gold Coast, from the salesman Damien, to the owner Michael and everyone who helped prepare our car really made it so easy. They were very kind and knowledgeable and we are happy to have done business with them. The facility was immaculate, the cars were in excellent condition and they were there to help with all the stress of getting a new car. Most of all they were patient. We will be going back there in the future, but for now couldn't be happier with our purchase.
Below are the facts surrounding my experience with Gold Coast. I spent several weeks dealing with the staff at Gold Coast, primarily Mike Belleau, in... order to get the registration on the car I bought from them completed, the loan for the new car processed and the loan for the car I traded in paid off. During these weeks, they continued to tell me that they were working on it and that they use third parties to process everything, that they would follow up with the third parties and get back to me. I asked for the contact information of the third party companies and they ignored my requests. I sent emails, text messages and called several times every week and nothing got resolved until I filed a complaint with NY DMV. • 2 weeks after I bought the car, I called to check on the status of my registration, Debbie was incredibly rude and told me that she couldn’t tell me how long it would take to register the car • After numerous phone calls, they had to send me a second temporary registration because the first one had expired and the official registration wasn’t done • Took them 6 weeks to get the official registration for the car that I bought from them • We made the deal on the car on 3/27, I agreed to use their bank for the finance. The lender ran my credit that same day. Gold Coast didn’t process the paperwork so the lender ran my credit again on 4/30 to issue the loan. This significantly damaged my credit score • I picked up the car that I bought from them on 3/30 and signed the paperwork to trade in my car. Gold Coast did not pay the loan off on my trade in until 5/20. Because it took them so long to process, there was a payment due on the loan. I called, texted and emailed countless times and they finally agreed to make that months payment on the car, even though they should have already paid off the balance. The monthly payment that they made was 6 days past the due date
They threatened to sue me for leaving a review but now Congress unanimously passed the Consumer Review Fairness Act to protect people’s ability to share... in any forum their honest opinions about a business’ products, services, or conduct. Some companies had been using contract provisions – including their online terms and conditions – to threaten to sue consumers or penalize them financially for posting negative reviews or complaints. The new law makes that illegal.. so Very unprofessional. Brought my bike in for service all the way from NJ. It takes two weeks for them to notify me that they cant find the part. I go onto ebay, find one for cheap and send it to them. (I could’ve done it in the first place) when i express my displeasure with them. They threaten tk put my bike out on the curb in the rain(mv agusta) . So if you like stress, not having your bike and love people xxxxing you over. Come to this place. Other wise. Run farfar away. Motorcycle mall is 10000x better
Nice friendly staff they made the me feel very comfortable buying a car. No hidden fees or run around . I recommend giving them a call
When I first got to the dealership at first I was a little skeptical. But everyone at the place was friendly and awesome. Damien was the person who helped... me and he was great from start to finish to pulling out of the lot with my new (used) car. I would recommend friends family and anyone who is looking to find a nice luxury automobile at a really affordable price. These guys will make sure you leave with the car you want at the price you want. Thanks Guys.

Damien at B.C. Benjamin Car Dealership is an Excellent car sales man. He was very professional, had a very relaxed tone when it comes to making a deal.... He does not pressure you into buying a vehicle like many other dealerships. On top of that he's very respectful and tries to meet the customers needs. The sales transaction was very easy and friendly.
