BEST DEALERSHIP EVER!!!!! by Pamela Broderick from Conover NC June 26, 2017 I've been to tons of dealerships in my lifetime, and The Trading Post is by far the most AMAZING one I've found! The staff are courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and have an absolutely no pressure approach. I generally totally dread the process of buying a new car, because of the "sales tactics" so often used. I experienced no "tactics" here, nothing but friendly, honest communication! At The Trading Post, they have the confidence one has when you know your product is priced better than any of your competitors. Let me say- I'm not an easy sale. I'm very particular, and unwilling to spend money unless I think I have found a good deal, and love it when I find a great deal! You can ask my friends and family... lol I'd been searching for a truck for several months, looking online, and traveling everywhere from Winston Salem, Charlotte, Statesville, all the way up to Boone and Wilkesboro! Who knew I'd been driving right by the most AMAZING place in NC all the time - right here in my hometown, Conover, NC? The Trading Post is like a treasure not yet found! But once you find it, you can't wait to tell everyone about it! I'm spreading the word ?? From the first call when I spoke to Julio , until I visited the dealership and drove my truck for the first time, to the end of our deal when signing on the dotted line, I was simply amazed! Even AFTER the sale- I'm amazed. The service doesn't stop once they get paid....they continue to take care of their customers. Never, ever have I had such a pleasant, relaxed experience when buying a car! EVER! Nathan was so friendly- more like a family member than a "regular" dealer. Of course he's in business to make money, but never did I feel that was his main agenda. I felt he genuinely wanted "me" to be happy! He was so available, and always willing to help in any way possible. Every staff member I spoke with was super helpful and courteous! Don had all the paperwork perfectly documented, which made me feel confident and assured. Doing business with them made me want to work there- that's pretty high praise! I'm thrilled I found The Trading Post!!! I can't say enough good things about my experience. ? IF YOURE LOOKING FOR A GREAT CAR @ A GREAT PRICE---VISIT THE TRADING POST IN CONOVER & HICKORY. You won't be disappointed! Another good thing about them- they're on top of their game. The website is always current, and when a a car or truck is sold, they take it down quickly

The people here at Trading Post Cars made my life such a breeze when it came to getting the vehicle that I wanted. I found them online and they made it their business to make me a very happy customer. They went through many routes to get me approved.And to top it off they brought by car to me which was 2hrs away.... Thanks to all that helped me drive away with what I wanted...Two months in and she rides great...

From the moment we walked on the lot till the moment we received her keys our experience at the Trading Post was excellent. Great selection of extremely clean used cars. They were priced right and they shopped around and got me a great finance rate. We actually have bought two cars from the trading post. Very pleased with both purchases. I would recommend them to everyone. They are a family run and owned business and will treat you right.

Be very careful while purchasing used car from this dealer. I came all the way from Charlotte to test drive a vehicle which I liked from their inventory. I really liked the car and had put money down to block the vehicle. There was no problem whatsoever in the vehicle, until the day I came back to pick it up and drove back home. Half way through the drive, I heard some noise from the axle and kept getting worse. I only prayed for it to stick around until I make it to my home. I went to the body shop the next day and the guy told me all the shocks and struts are worn out as well and they are going to kill the tires eventually really soon. I was expecting to be told about these problems before I purchased it. The guy is nice and won't pressure you into buying one, but I'd say do your homework and get the car checked out by third party for any problems.

I bought my toyota camry at the trading post last weekend . I love it. Julio and Don were so nice. Their price was very fair. I recommend The Trading Post to anyone needing a good used car.

Alright, well this was my first used car buying experience and it wasn't a good one at all. I saw a car at cars.com at this dealer and I drove from Rock Hill, SC to take a look at it and test drive it. I didn't like that car and the guy showed me another brand car which looked to be in good condition. I decided to buy that one and I can say it was smooth with the buying and negotations. The guy is running a family business, so he didn't pressure me to buy car from him. After buying the car, it started giving me problems the next day and I had to take it back to the dealer to be looked at. I remember the day when i test drove the car, I didn't hear any sound/noise coming from underneath my feet or brakes etc, but i heard them on my way back home after I bought it. I notified him immediately about the belt noise when he was handing me over, but he chucked it off saying it's because it just got washed up and he hasn't fixed it as yet even though he told me they replaced the belt with a new one. Other problems started popping up and I've made several trips to this dealer to get the same kind of problems get fixed over and over again and it's a more than an hour drive. I have taken off from work, drove to this dealer right after work and what not to get my issues fixed. I know i am buying a used car, but it shouldn't at least have problems that can cause safety issues. I don't understand why the guy kept lying to me that the issues were fixed when they were clearly not. I don't know if it's the dealer himself or the mechanics they have that likes to keep customers at bay. I wouldn't mind any of this if all the problems were fixed after all these hassles. Finally, I decided to buy extended warranty for my car(which is half the cost of my vehicle) so, I can get them fixed nearby.

there is no pressure at the trading post. they make buying a car super easy. I will always go to the trading post first.

This was my first used car purchase. Very easy at Trading Post with no pressure salesman. Which I Liked the most. Also they do what they promised over the phone.. I Liked that to no surprises.

I found a vehicle on cars.com, & sent an email late one night asking about it. The next morning I got a response from The Trading Post. I went that afternoon to look at the vehicle & to see what kind of deal we might be able to make. I never felt pressure to buy a vehicle from them. After looking at the vehicle & test driving it I decided I wanted to buy it. I had a couple concerns about the vehicle in question & they addressed each one without a problem. I had a number in my head that I was willing to except for my trade in as well as what I would finance. They met both of them without me saying anything as far as what I was willing to do. When it came time to do the financing they had many options that they could do or they left it up to me to use my own bank if I wanted to. They shopped around and got me a great interest rate for a used vehicle with terms I wanted & payment I wanted. There we're no hidden fees, what they told me I would be paying was the final financed price. I would go back to The Trading Post again.
